Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) Omdömen 

Delivery was offloaded to Taskrabbit, who rescheduled and also had incredibly poor communication. I would have been better off saving my money and picking up the items at the store.

The question is what went right? There is zero human interaction, without any intelligent problem solving solutions. Very uninspiring experience.

Everything went smoothly and on time. Our delivery person was a good communicator

The delivery service was on time; however, some pieces were missing. I think before the delivery team leaves, they should double-check to make sure all pieces are included and accounted for.

The installer arrived but was unable to complete the installation because of the missing pieces. However, he is scheduled to come back, hopefully this week, to finalize the project.

I have no complaints about the delivery, set up and haul away of my old mattress. However, the subsequent request from the Helper for a rating and a tip did not work.

They delivered and put together our bed very quickly.

Taskers did not seem particularly knowledgeable about moving a couch. I had to guide them for most of the task.

There was a damage caused by the delivery to walls, ceilings, etc. The helpers worked hard but seemed not to have experience with moving a treadmill. I think the damage could have been avoided if there was a little strategizing ahead of time.

He helped me bring the sofa bed out the box and bring it in the basement which was street level entrance.

The Dolly delivery service was on time and exceeded expectations. They delivered the washer and dryer upstairs and even helped us connect them. They didn’t have to do that but it was a very kind courtesy. Thank you!

Easy booking. Great customer support with timely response. The helpers were fantastic, they were efficient, they knew what they were doing and super helpful.

Liked movers contracted to move us. Did NOT appreciate the argumental agent who wasted about an hour before the movers could start. She did not communicate well and got us off to a stressful exhausting move.

Person assigned to me never showed up. In fact they called and said they would be there in 90 minutes. Never heard from them again.
