The taskers reached out the morning of my move and confirmed the exact time to arrive. They arrived right on time and quickly got to work. I have 4 flights of stairs and had plenty of heavy dressers, mattresses etc and these guys were so quick, careful and professional. They were incredibly considerate, hardworking and kind. Grateful for their help and excellent service!

the order was never delivered, they claimed to have called my phone 5 times, they never did. I was forced to drive to the store in a friend's vehicle to pick up the product myself, total joke.

Delivery of my Elf Shelving unit from the delivery person was very professional and on time as well.

A taskrabbit should not be able to book more than one task at a time. How is that even possible? I was notified the night prior to a move that my scheduled Tasker had another task during the same time frame and that he was going to show when he was done the other job? Crazy work.

I would give a 0 star, if I could . I will never 👎🏽 ever use task rabbit ever again . I have morons moving my tables and chairs. I will never ever use them again in my life. I hate task Rappid. It’s stupid.

On time. Care for my new furniture and a genuinely nice guy. I’ve had other companies just cancel for no reason. Very happy!

It took two requests and a phone call to customer service to actually get my task broadcast. That put me 16 hours behind schedule. The first thing the helper did upon arriving was to get out of his truck and urinate in the parking lot. Thn he was considerably more interested in finishing the job in half the time he was allotted to do it than he was in doing it carefully and professionally. The result was multiple damaged boxes. He took it upon himself to repack several containers, making it difficult for me to find things at the other end of the move. He failed to follow nearly every direction I gave him, causing me to have to redo his work to suit my needs. I would not rely on TaskRabbit in the future.

Small task. Take a treadmill about 10 miles away. Executed flawlessly. No issues.

The helper assigned was a scam artist. Taskrabbit tried to make me pay the full amount for HIS scam. Never using this service again.

Jose delivered the materials on schedule.

The movers tore my sofa so badly that I can no longer use it and will have to throw it away. Additionally, my almost brand-new mattress now has multiple visible marks because of the careless handling during delivery. I am very disappointed with the damage caused to my belongings and expect your company to take responsibility and compensate me for the damage.

Never received my order. Dropped off someone elses order instead.

Told our delivery would arrive between 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Later that morning I was told “closer to 1:00”. The two guys arrived after 4:00 pm. Apparently they had to take a ferry from Long Island and then drive to our home in the NW corner of CT. There was no way they could possibly be on time! We sat around wasting hours waiting for them to finally arrive. I will say they were friendly, efficient and careful of our home, but the timing was way off.

There was a safety issue, but we will not address it in this review.

He was late but efficient.
