Rich, the Founder of TapRoot Consulting, is one of the best developers I've ever work with. He knows his stuff, is great at explaining things in non web developer jargon, is timely and super responsive. He knows how important your project is to you and gives both you and the project the time needed. He's also affordable. Our marketplace website was a mess when he stepped in. He was able to sort out all of the issues and clean everything up. We actually decided to hire him not only to do a new website, but also to maintain it. Rich is someone that will literally work tirelessly until he can find and resolve any issues. He's also great to brainstorm ideas with.
