This is my first week back from Christmas break and I wanted to say a huge Thank You for all your help and assistance yet again in 2024, our 8th year together.

I really don’t know what I would do without you all, you make life in our organisation so much easier by giving us back time, and that is precious.
We never wait hours for an email reply or a return call, we never wait hours for any software issue to be fixed, you’re there and on it within minutes! You speak to us in plain English so we understand what’s happening, everyone is always polite, friendly and professional and helpful.
Nothing is ever a silly question and nothing is ever to small an issue for your time and I love and appreciate that.
This year I particularly want to thank you for hosting our web site. I’m always worries about the site going down or having issues, but, you did it again! As soon as anything happens (which has been rare) you’re all over it, I’m informed in a very timely manner with report of what happened and the solution used to fix it. No hassle. No excitement. You just got the job done with no issues. The peace of mind this gives me is hard to explain but I truly thank you for it and wanted to let you all know how appreciated you are for everything you do.
