Like so many others here I had tried the local plumbing supplies merchants to obtain replacement ceramic cartridges for a pair of old taps. To quote one chap - "it's a bl**dy nightmare mate. So many variables".
I was directed to Tapmagician who patiently worked with me to identify and supply the replacements, even offering to carry out some machining to ensure a good fit, free of charge. Outstanding!

After much web searching I discovered Tap Magician as a rare supplier of both red and blue versions of Crosswater compatible shower ceramic flow valves for our 10 years’ old shower. Unfortunately one of the valves supplied leaked slightly but after a brief and very friendly call to Tap Magician Customer Service I was delighted and impressed to receive a replacement from them on the next day. The company clearly also puts priority on Customer support in the tricky business of finding closely matched plumbing fittings for bathroom and kitchen fittings as well as producing a valuable set of tutorial videos on Youtube.

Was told by local merchants they were tap cartridges were no longer available, or nobody stocks them.
Quick websearch revealed tap magician. Sent a photo, promptly answered with part required
Ordered and despatched within an hour Thursday morning, and fitted by lunchtime Friday

Have had a leak on tap provided by Wren. Cartridge letting by. Cartridges have bigger splines. Wanted to be certain I was ordering correct units. Emailed Tap magician sending photos and got a very fast response confirming what was needed. Ordered pair of Cartridges and they arrived next day! Excellent service.

Above and beyond for helpful assistance with my Bristan kitchen tap. I ordered the wrong valves, returned them and was sent the right ones, but they wouldn't fit my tap handles. Sent them one of my handles which they received on the Thursday, by Friday lunch time I had received a set of valves and some new tap heads which all fitted. Job done. No more leaking taps. They couldn't have been more helpful. My special thanks to Naomi and Jack.

Popped in to get a replacement tap insert. The chap was just about to leave in his car, but jumped out and offered to assist. Once inside he recognised the model, and asked when I had purchased the previous insert. I honestly couldn't recall, so he refurbished it to 'good as new' in less than a minute and refused payment.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Rare these days, but very much appreciated.

I needed a replacement cartridge for a dripping bath tap which Bristan were unable to supply. I contacted Tap Magician and was given very helpful advice from both Naomi and Gillian and was then able to identify the correct replacement cartridge which arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. An excellent company to deal with. Thank you.
