My kitchen mixer tap was leaking, well it let go, turned the water off. I went round approx six plumbing out lets, none could help with replacement cartridges. The only advice was buy a new tap. One plumber told me to try tap magician, which I did they sorted the problem out, my mixer tap now works well No drips or Leaks. Thank you

Our Wren Kitchen Oceanus tap was leaking around the handle, n online search brought up Tap Magician straight off, replacement set ordered and received in less than 48 hours.

Realising that if one cartridge was leaking after several years the other may go soon, so we ordered the set, just in case. The pack even came with a written instruction on how to replace the cartridge, and even a link to an online video in case one needed it.

The tap handle is secured by a 2.5mm allen grub screw, not many would have that size, but Tap Magician provides it at a small cost.

So for the cost of repair kit and allen key (<£40) we repaired a tap that would cost over £200 to replace.

Excellent service, fast delivery and perfect items. We would certainly use them again. Altogether a five star experience.

Wanted to convert a tap from pressure to quarter turn cartridge. After a slight misunderstanding the sales team sorted out the correct kit and this was ordered and installed. Worked first time and the installation was very easy. Two tap handles less than half a day.

Fast despatch of a great item, with a helpful leaflet which detailed fitting and exploded diagram of components. Things like this make all the difference - am most happy to recommend Tapmagician - and when I need anything else I will be back.

The only place (that I can find) that sells replacement cartridges and valves for the B&Q Cooke and Lewis Bilbrough kitchen tap. Luckily my tap doesn't seem to suffer with the black coating peeling off as others have reported, so I thought it was worth keeping. The valves both fit perfectly and don't leak, and hopefully they will last a bit longer than the B&Q ones. Valves arrived arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Bit pricey compared to other valves and cartridges but I'm guessing these are manufactured bespoke. Even B&Q couldn't advise what replacement parts I would need for their own tap!

No problem with the parts, but it did take a while for them to come through by Royal Mail.

The ability to choose the correct cartridge from a wide range of sizes. Quick delivery. Good instructions and the option to get help if needed.

Fantastic company to deal with. Ordered late evening, all parts arrived 2 days later. Came with instructions and details of video demonstration if required. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I ordered on Sunday night a set of replacement cartridges, smooth process with pictures showing the actual taps which being a DIYer meant it was easy to find the correct model taps on the website. When I ordered payment went through but i think the website server had a little problem because i did not get a confirmation email. So I gave them a quick call on Monday morning, The women I spoke to was brilliant and efficient, she confirmed the order, sent me a manual email in confirmation and also answered a couple of questions which I had about the process. All in all a perfect service and a massive saving compared to replacing the entire taps or even worst case calling out a plumber. I have been asking family and friends if they have any leaky taps just to show off such an easy fix to them LOL all in all I spent less than £25 including postage and the repair took less than 10 mins to complete start to finish, I mean a total no brainer and cherry on the cake no more moaning about a dripping tape from the other half LOL

Ordered cartridge and bush for my Franke Eiger tap. Arrived in no time. I made a mistake of thinking I had ordered the wrong part and reordered what I thought was right and got a call explaining what I did wrong, sent out the correct parts, refunded the difference.
