Great customer service and speedy delivery
Kris was very helpful in sorting my spare valves that should have been sorted out by a vendor under guarantee but weren't. He very kindly waived postage and arranged speedy courier service so that I could fix my tap. They arrived on Tuesday and I'm very happy with the service provided!

Abode Tap spare parts
Abode Puria tap was dripping so phoned for advice (having ordered the wrong part already!) and the young lady on the phone was really helpful. Discussed the options and then she told me because the tap is only 4 years old the replacement parts are free under warranty.

O rings delivered promptly
My Abode Atlas tap was leaking from the stem, so I went online to look for o ring spares. I found the Tap Spares website easy to use and the product price reasonable, so ordered. The spares arrived quickly and already greased. Job done. Thank you, I’ll be happy to use this site supplier again.

Had a tap fitted but it dripped
Had a tap fitted but it dripped and the plumber said it would need a new cartridge, not what you expect with a new tab, we rang tap spares and they were very helpful and sending the parts to me so the plumber can finish the job, very satisfied.

My kitchen tap broke and it was only four years old. The guy helped me to identify the exact part that I needed and he supplied it free of charge as the tap would be still under warranty. The parts arrived exactly as he said they would and they are perfect and my top is now working -good old-fashioned top quality customer service it’s quite a rarity these days- well done!
