Great after Sales Team!
I have been most impressed by the Abode service team! I was having trouble with a dripping tap which I had bought several years ago. They were able to identify the exact model and tell me which cartridges I needed to order. I rang them several times for advice on replacing the cartridges and every time the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful with advice. Their taps are of high quality and so is their after sales team! Thank you!

Replacement part
I received an email today after contacting them 2 days ago regarding a faulty tap. I wasn’t sure if I had warranty but I supplied all of my purchase information along with a video of the fault. A new part has been dispatched and will be with me within the next 2-3 days. Couldn’t ask for any better service!

After fitting two new cartridges from…
After fitting two new cartridges from Tap Spares, which immediately cured an irritating leak, I ordered two new ceramic handles. Despite a delivery window of 5 to 7 days, they arrived after only 4 days and were simple to fit. The tap now looks the part and is leak free. Curiously though, it now operates in the opposite direction to the original tap - not a problem, just something to get used to after 10 years of the old tap.
