I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase online from Tanzanite Jewelry Designs. I have wanted a tanzanite ring for a while after seeing beautiful rings with large stones while on a cruise vacation. When I looked locally for rings, the stones were pale coloured and expensive. I found the Tanzanite Jewelry Designs website and followed it for a couple of years. I found the website educational and loved their enthusiasm for their product. I loved watching the videos about mining and stone cutting. They gained my trust as they know their product right from a rough stone to a beautiful ring. I bought my tanzanite online and worked with Alice on a setting. She patiently endured my endless questions and edits. Finally I received my beautiful ring, about 10-days to Canada. A very positive experience!

I have had a couple of custom items made by the Moriarty team either through the Tanzanite Jewelry Designs or the parent company. They have been very responsive and the products they produce have top quality gemstones and excellent design and craftsmanship in the settings. The latest Tanzanite solitaire was an exceptional stone in a simple but elegant customized setting and I expect it will be a big 'hit' for the recipient.

The earrings I received was exactly as I saw on the webpage. Excellent!! My wife loved them and was so excited. Delivery was late by a couple of days but that was due to miscommunication between Fedex and the local shipper (in Japan), and the package was delivered the next day I contacted Moriarty’s. Great service!

Last winter, my wife and I visited this store and Alice helped us pick a tanzanite gem out. I had a idea of what I want as a ring. Gave Christopher a sketch of my idea and talked to him about what I was looking for. Covid hit.. After several computer images and emails. We got the design I wanted. They sent a wax ring to see and after reviewing, we were on the way with my custom ring. Alice and Christopher were great to work with. We picked my ring up and dropped off a pair of aquamarine gems, I had bought through them online for my wife's birthday and anniversary. Had an earring set made for her.
I plan on go back and getting an aquamarine ring made for her this winter. Love the attention and care they gave to us. Steve was there both times we were and took the time to chat with us.. also love their YouTube shows they put on!

I just ordered a 2.43 ct tanzanite ring on 14k white gold with diamonds ring setting...i ordered friday, april 3, Steve was able to resize for me the same day and ship out the same day...i just received it today, it looks gorgeous and beautiful....the blue is very deep, and exceptional color...i also read Steve's blog, as he personally climbed down 1200 ft to tanzanite mine in Tanzania...those are very interesting...i think the ring is well worth the money and i got a 100% authentic great quality tanzanite...great customer service...highly recommended....

Alice bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I desired. She was dedicated to making sure I was happy with my results- all from long distance/ out of state. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, my ring was and is absolutely perfect. Both Alice and Chris (the talented artist who built the ring) were so considerate of the details. I receive compliments constantly of the detail and the beautiful color of the stone. I recently purchased a set of 14K White Gold Square Cushion Tanzanite Earrings as a Christmas present for my wife. We were taking the family to Costa Rica for the holidays and I needed a small present to secretly bring with me so that I could surprise her on Christmas morning. The earrings from Tanzanite Jewelry Designs were a HUGE hit. They were a beautiful dark and homogenous blue, very clear, and extremely well presented in the setting. Worth every penny!

We had been in Tanzania earlier this year on a family safari and I fell in love with the colours of Tanzanite but was not comfortable with my ability to choose quality stones while in country.
