I think that this company good at giving consultations but if you got already scammed don't go to them most likely they are not gonna help you, I mean with refunding, just forget about it, at the end of the day they will blame you no matter what happens, this life is tough, I think you have to take whatever happens as a lesson, never forget and just ho ahead, authorities are not gonna help you and companies like this know it surely, and as I said they will blame you how I could not persuade authorities to work

As strictly stated in our contract, our limits are clear: we were unable to force the police to release specific information.

This included preparing multiple official letters, carrying out tracing work, and maintaining ongoing communication and follow-ups with the relevant authorities and exchanges. Would not recommend unfortunately
First of all it started off very helpful with constant communication and advice on what to do before I sent payment for their services to try and secure getting my money back after being scammed via crypto gold exchange currencies on StoneX. After receiving wallet tracking information and various letters which I was requested to copy and paste to specific emails i.e. my local police department, the case has now come to a standstill. No replies to my messages on WhatsApp, no advice, no emails, nothing.
I'm well aware someone will reply to this saying something along the lines of "we did exactly what we were paid and offered to do" which is true but I would expect abit more effort and communication to let me know if this is now a dead end because theres nothing more THEY can do since my local PD will not intervene or contact anyone outside of local enforcement. Overall, I am not exactly pleased with how this has turned out as it seems like they have stopped caring about the case altogether and swept it under the carpet. So unfortunately I would not recommend using their services. Save your money and just go direct to your local police or law department to see if anything can be done outside of your region (if its not a local scam) as that will be the first thing they get you to do.

The right place to go when you need anti-scam actions
Being desperate in searching the right entity who's specialized in providing advice how to solve an online scam scheme, I got to know T&H Consulting and was immediately contacted by Mr. Nichita V. upon my request was sent.
Although my case has passed the best time in chasing back the scammed money & was not applicable for the company service, Nichita was still very willingly replying me with all my questions & analyzing my case, providing me free advice & educating me to avoid any more future harm. The way Nichita worked made me feel this is a humane company, and he himself is a warm hearted person trying to alleviate client's stress from the bad experiences. Although we only had a few exchanges of the matter, I believe Nichita is a trustworthy problem solver so is his company.

I filled out a form on the scam that happened to me on the 8th and this company got back to me on the 9th and even had a phone call, the man I was talking to Hasan was so helpful telling me and advising me how to spot a fake website, I was a victim of using net affinity and got scammed a lot of money. Hasan told me about the options he could provide but I decided to not go with process as I don’t have enough money. He was so helpful listened to me carefully and was really nice. And he taught me quite a bit in a 23minute phone call.

I was terrified by got scam from a company, and they calling me back after I sent a message on the T&H site. They listen everything and made everything as possible to help me, advising in my case, and saying what’s I can do next. It’s difficult today you find a serious company with humanity and really listen your problems, in my case I need to try because is difficult to have my money back, but they listened with attention is what I think is important. I had been scammed by a trading company and later by fake recovery firms, so I came to them with little hope and a lot of frustration.
