Quiero compartir mi experiencia con T&H Consulting , firma que contraté en julio de 2025 tras haber sido víctima de una estafa por parte de una plataforma de inversiones fraudulentas. Tras firmar nuestro acuerdo de trabajo , realicé el pago de la consultoria para que el equipo comenzara formalmente con la gestión de mi caso.

El proceso requirió de mucha paciencia; de hecho, mi caso demoró alrededor de un año en resolverse. A pesar de la espera, el equipo me guio paso a paso en la preparación de los documentos y en la presentación de los reclamos ante las autoridades regulatorias correspondientes. La estrategia demostró su verdadero valor en los momentos clave. Gracias a esta persistencia, logré recuperar aproximadamente el 50% del dinero que ya daba por perdido. Quedo profundamente agradecida con todo el equipo por su profesionalismo, empatía y por haberme ayudado a cerrar este capítulo tan difícil.

In 2023, I lost approximately USD 170,000–180,000 through an investment platform called Capfins. After years of investigation, I can now confirm that Capfins was operated by Aquity KFT, a Hungarian company sharing the same registered address as T&H Consulting International KFT: 1052, Vármegye u. 3-5, 2nd floor, Budapest.

The director and beneficial owner of both Aquity KFT and T&H Consulting International KFT is the same individual: Muhammad Tahir Khan. T&H Holdings Limited (UK, Reg. No. 12747126) is also linked to the same individual.

When I formally contacted T&H Consulting International KFT and its directors Muhammad Tahir Khan and Hanna Adynets demanding restitution, their response did not deny the fraud. They claimed only that T&H was "not the correct recipient" of my correspondence. They offered no explanation for the shared address, no denial of Mr. Khan's directorship of Aquity KFT, and no response to the substance of my claim.

I am now in the process of filing formal criminal and regulatory complaints with the Hungarian National Bureau of Investigation (NNI), the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB), Action Fraud (UK), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and Interpol.

I hold documentary evidence including identification documents, company registration records, and address links connecting all of the above entities.

If you are considering engaging with T&H Consulting International KFT, T&H Holdings Limited, or any entity associated with Muhammad Tahir Khan do your due diligence first. I wish someone had warned me.

After over a year I still have no news about the outcome of the process. I contacted the Swiss Ombudsman, where they told me they sent the information and said that they never got it. Excellent sales pitch but quite ineffective as they rarely answer emails after they have the email and do not manage to get anything. Very disappointed.

for a peroid of 6 years now and over that peroid my investment returns have been first class and sercure
Adam the chap whos looking after my investment is very honest and informative also keeps me up todate with the latest investment opportunities.
Recently I was scammed by very clever people/company for quite a large amount of money with the help of Adam from T&H consulting i managed to get approximately 70% of my money back, during this investigation Adam was very helpful, professional providing his service to me free of charge..
I dont normally recommend companies but due to my personal financial track record with Adam and T&H consulting i strongly recommend them.

É mais uma empresa de scamming . Empresa que se diz que combate as fraudes, mas ela é também uma fraude

These guys were able to help me out and told me not to trust anybody over there with these gift cards. I wish they had a way to be able to track these people down but for anybody that’s doing business over there don’t use gift cards.

I am so upset from the work they done for me ...in d first someone from this company ...mentioned me they will help and recovered my money which I got scammed.

They keep sending me documents and asked me to involve police here as well..when I went to police station....after 3-4 months police said they can't proceed with such information...like I have to talk to them and ask them to do more ....
Than again they send something...than I ask them to talk to me in the call....now my case was with lady gorilla ....
It's been two years I started this thing with this company crying on the phone ...
But no it's been a more than 5 months I didn't receive any message back....no call...no email ....
Now where are your promises made on the call and agreement....

Made a purchase out of South Africa part of it with PayPal the rest was giftcards. Don’t trust anybody who asked for cards. These guys filled me in on everything very helpful painful but helpful.

Don't waist your money.
As with so many of the reviews on this site, I too was convinced to part with thousands of euros in the pursuit of recovering money previously scammed on the forex market.
A well spoken and what seemed a professional salesman talked me through the process of recovering my initial investment, a case which by his words had a very high persentage of recovery.
Of course, like all those in need of help I was hooked by the sales pitch and the convincing conversation that there was a very good chance of financial recovery.
What followed were the Standerd letters to various police agencies,( which i had to cut and past then follow up) not really what I was expecting, I was also asked to go visit various police stations. I work away so this was not easy.
I felt this was all a preset routine, designed to make the customer fell something was happening, however, the harsh realit would suggest results would never come. Soon the letter stopped, communication stopped and I have not been able to speak with anyone from the company for months.
The bottom line is don't waist your money if you have already been scammed, the likelihood of T&H Consulting recovering your funds in very unlikely, however, if you are seeking pre advice then I'm sure they may be able to point you in the right direction.
For me this was a waist of time, money and emotional upset.
