Talkdesk is pretty buggy. Calls are delayed/dropped frequently and with working remotely this is pretty disappointing.

TalkDesk is much better and more reliable than the system we were using prior to this. The one thing they can improve on is the functionality of their Dashboard Page as it has been very glitchy lately.

Very easy to use! Nice customer service

Talkdesk has been extremely helpful as a tool since COVIID-19 has many of our staff working from home. I have been able to maintain the same excellent customer service for my customers, without any disruption in quality!

Talkdesk has made taking phone calls a lot easier. There are many different options that make talk desk more efficient to use.

Talkdesk has really simplified my team's ability to quickly take calls and notate them in Salesforce, and collect historical data. Overall the system works smoothly and is simple for agents and management to use. The one thing I wish was different was their data and reporting tool - it's straightforward for pulling reports showing a long range of time, but if I want to quickly see how many calls we've had today, I have to click through too many filters. It used to be easier before they moved all the reporting under Explore, but overall it is still a powerful and mostly simple system, and I would recommend it.

We've been with Talkdesk now for about 9 months without issues. Tools are easy to use, as is the interface. Great reporting customization and dashboard creation options. No complaints and would recommend to others!

Talkdesk is an awesome all in one online phone system.

I think that Talkdesk is brilliant for a lot of reasons. I love how easy it is to access information and listen to phone calls as that helps with our Quality Assurance. I have found, however, that the sound quality can be a bit sketchy but if I turn my phone to airplane mode it can really help!

The dashboard shows great performance metrics great for analysis and performance management. Very easy to use.

Great app but there's still room for improvement
I think is a really good app, however, sometimes i can't hear the client or the client can't hear me. It happens probably like 1 or 2 per week.

Hello, overall great experience. I sometimes can run into some technical issues, so I'll have to restart. These issues can range from not being able to hear the call properly or information displaying after I receive a call, but besides that it's great and easy to navigate.

We love the Salesforce Integration; allows us to quickly identify who is calling and allow our teams to bring context to that conversation immediately

The implementation process is very easy. It is a very robust product with a lot of features only offered in the very expensive products. Easy to use, and easy to support.

The sales process left a lot to be desired and remediation was very one sided. Unfortunately due to contractual obligations I am not able to share much more information in a way that can be made publicly available.

I did set the rating as two because the pieces that they were actually able to provide do appear to be working as intended, however it is not the complete solution we had signed on for.

Good product. Works well and it'is very intuitive. The layout it's nice and clean, easy to use. I have use it for more than a year and we have had just a few issues and the tech department help us with no other futher problems.

Great product - have used for 4 years, switched once but went straight back.
