Terrible experience. Impossible to return an item. They don’t answer their email. They don’t provide assistance. If you mail an item to the address stated on their website for returns, it comes back “insufficient address.” If you order from them (we never will again) you’d better hope you like it, because they do not honor their stated return policy.
