Retourneren gaat NIET... ze onderhandelen.
Kleed kostte 54€ . Eerst wilden ze 13€ terugstorten , dan 20€ , en ik zei 35€ ze stemden daarmee in, kleed mocht ik houden... raar... 1ste keer en dus ook laatste keer voor mij

I placed my order almost 50 days ago and I am still waiting. The last agreement work the customer service was the refund of one item and the shipping of the ready one. Still waiting. I regret deeply having placed the order in the first place.

Terrible company to deal with for a refund. Refund policy clearly states to return within 30 days for full refund.
I was sent a dress that did not fit, and did not look like what was advertised on their site. They have offered a $6, $12 and $17 refund with an offer to keep the dress. Each offer I reply with “I do not want compensation, I want a return the garment for a full refund, pls send return shipping label”. I have sent the exact same response each email they have sent me and they refuse to action a full refund. Buyer beware - a very difficult company to deal with and I highly doubt I will get my money back.

Bough two maxi dresses from Acalies and paid $142. What arrived was two dresses of very different quality from the pictures. They were too small though I ordered a size bigger than normal. The stitching was poor and they did not flow as per picture as there was not enough material to do so.
I was very disappointed but will only get $45 back as they only refund damaged items.

Ordered 2 dresses on 27th January 2026 and still have not received! Having contacted them several times, still no dresses. Their excuse is they've received too many orders and that's why they have not sent my order.
Ive lost patience and asked for a full refund.

This sweater is very pretty and has a nice weight to it. It was shipped quicker than I expected. It was my personal “test” of your company—necessary because other things I have ordered online from similar companies have greatly disappointed me. I am pleased with the quality of this sweater, so I will order from your company with confidence again!

Mein Paket ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Die Firma behauptet es ist mit dpd geliefert worden, es gibt aber keine Sendungsverfolgung oder eine Lieferbestätigung. Geld wird nicht zurück erstattet oder Ware nochmal verschickt . Nie wieder !!!!!!

Tardo más de un mes en llegar. La tela no es lo que esperaba. Si me gusto y me quedo. Los colores bonitos. En general bien, pero no fue lo que esperaba. Gracias.

Item was great but delivery by Correos Express was poor. Stated they felivered it on 25th but eventualy thrown over our gate 2 days later!

Slow to arrive ... from Dubai it seems!
Fabrics are what we call 'Nana Nylon' despite appearing cotton on advertising. unwearable due to our warm climate.
I ordered two sizes above my usual, according to size chart and measurements, but still substantially too small.
Contacted company via email to return items for full refund.... not even close! Despite having spent $103USD, they offered $58USD compensation only, and suggested I donate the unopened clothes to a charity!!

The dress I ordered online is NOT the same dress I received.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing this item with this company. Most reviews about this company are not good.
I am disputing this charge on my credit card for false advertisement.
