Ordered a UV lamp for my parrot. After 10 days and countless emails (most of which were unanswered) they finally shipped it out. I think the company is a front. They don't actually have inventory. When you order something, they have to go purchase it first. Customer service is horrendous. Emails go unanswered. Will NEVER use them again

I bought 3 cat wands from Talis. Originally, I had a cat wand from Centinela (local pet supply store) that had a long clear wand with little noise makers inside, and a replaceable feather that can be used for later.... It was my cats absolute favorite toy and it survived as long as it could -- about a year with 3 cats playing with it. I couldn't bring myself to toss their favorite toy, but it was getting impossible to still use. I looked everywhere to find the exact same one and I couldn't. Similar wands weren't appealing the same to my babies. Talis not only had them, but they had several in the same style. I bought 3 and yes, they took awhile to come in, but the pricing was fair, they showed up, and they're the exact same durable quality I was looking for. My cats are thrilled and it was worth it. For the joy it brought them, I couldn't care less about it taking a bit longer to come in or coming from further away. Would I order again? Absolutely.

Absolutely a scam company. Positive reviews are all 'anonymous' ; they purged their Google profile/reviews page because their rating was tanking. This company does not fulfill orders, they take your money and then never send anything. They will sit on your money for months, unless you specifically reach out and have them 'cancel' an order they were never going to fulfill. Fake company, who just keeps re-rolling their store front and websites to hide the negative reviews.
EDIT: Talis is now harassing me about this review; they have flagged it as 'offensive' in order to get it removed off of trust pilot. Here is my response.
My review is entirely, completely accurate. I had an order for a Mistking Mister Timer placed October 17th. My Receipt #/Order # was #22922. That order sat with literally 0 communications for over a month before I reached out and simply inquired as to the status. This company's 'headquarters' are literally a 20 minute drive from my house so I was curious what the delay was. I receive NO response at all, and a few days later my order was simply cancelled and money refunded. I did not want a refund. I wanted a Mistking that I needed promptly.
Talis has now harassed me TWICE about this entirely accurate review. I will not be removing this review as their complete and utter lack of customer service is entirely deserving of a 1 star review. In fact, Talis, if you continue to harass me about this I will be escalating this as a ticket to both Trust Pilot and the Better Business Bureau. In supporting evidence, I would encourage anyone even THINKING about ordering from this company to read the literal dozens of other reviews from unhappy customers who had experiences exactly mirroring mine. This company does not deserve your money or time or effort.
Edit#2: I'd send you the actual screenshot but you'd just lie and deny it. At this point enjoy your BBB complaint. I'll also be escalating this interaction to trust pilot and reporting your company to every place I can find. Well done Michael.

I was looking for Arcadia Bird Puresun lights for my parrots. The only way to buy it at the reasonable price in the US was at Talis-us site.
I ordered two Puresun Mini lights and the arrived relatively quickly. No complaints.

After a month I requested a refund. Was told my order would be canceled and I would get a refund. Order was shipped anyway. I requested a refund. They sent me a retun label, received my return and never sent me a refund. I reached out several times. I did receive a response that they were looking into the refund and then ghosted me. Shop elseware.
Reached out after 3 weeks. They didn't respond on email so I called and they told me the items I ordered weren't in stock. Would've been helpful to know 3 weeks ago...
My dog has a favorite toy that is hard to find. I found this site online and they have the toy! Ordering was easy. Shipping was slow, but it was over Christmas so may be expected. Toys came wrapped in plastic and then packed. Will shop again.

Had a solid experience with these guys! They had a good selection of quality items that were hard or impossible to find anywhere else. prices and shipping costs were fair. most of the things i bought weren’t available anywhere else, and were fairly bulky, so i was happy to pay something that didn’t feel exploitative and would ship domestically for a reasonable rate, and absolutely got that.
couple notes:
the website is… rough. Talis folks if you see this, it seems like your banner ads with rotating promo images are loading EVERY image at once and doing so BEFORE loading the functional elements of the page, which makes shopping pretty slow and clunky on desktop, and nearly unusable on mobile. plus it isn’t super well organized and doesn’t look polished. optimizing function/navigation/search features and cleaning up user experience might be a good thing to prioritize. it was a little frustrating to get an order together.
that said! once i had an order placed, there was ample opportunity to make changes prior to shipping, and customer service (although foreign call center based) was very helpful. there was a gap of about 4-5 days between order confirmation and shipping, which feels long compared to other big online shopping setups, but i was able to reach out during that communication gap and confirm with customer service that things were moving, and even swap out an item or two prior to shipping.
that delay, combined with some bad reviews on here, did have me nervous for a second, but 4-5 business day order processing really only seems slow relative to the mega-companies we’ve gotten used to. pretty reasonable for a smaller company. just wish that had been more communication/information in the mean time to assure me the order was in the works and give me an expectation for when i would have a tracking number.
all in all, everything was great! little slow, little clunky, but totally workable given the very solid stock and pricing. and nothing close to the horror stories of other reviews i’ve read. seems like the company is growing and maybe a rough start, but up and running now!
have ordered more since and will again. order with confidence! (and maybe a little patience!)

I ordered my dog a new winter coat knowing there was a blizzard coming in a week. After receiving no shipping updates for a week, I get an email over a week later telling me the jacket I ordered is sold out and being refunded. Now my dog has refused to go outside in the snow for 2 days.
I placed an order for cat food I needed in preparation for boarding him over the December holidays. This was on Nov. 1. I checked the Shop app two weeks later, and no update. A week later, I emailed and left a vm with the company. Someone called back, but didn't leave a message.
As the the time grew closer to the boarding and we were now a month and a half out, I emailed again and tried calling. This time I got a representative who was friendly enough, and explained that the company had been out of stock. I responded stating that it would have been helpful if they'd reached out to let me know earlier. I understand some delays are out of their control, but communication is key.
We brought home a bag of "Backyard BBQ" dog treats from a visist to Texas. Our fur child LOVED them, so I went in search of a re-supply online. Since it's a smaller company, these treats are mostly found in smaller, boutique shops. In the end, I found Talis-us which has good pricing and also carried other flavors and some very enticing toys. I placed my order and the experience was perfect: informational emails for purchase, prompt shipping and reasonable (not over-the-top-plastic and tape!) packaging left me a happy customer. I'm looking forward to presenting the fur child with his new wreath toy for the holidays, but in the meantime he's happily munching on his new favorite treat.

They had a chanukah lambchop stuffy and a Chanukah hoodie for my pup.. Not many places carry things for Chanukah so I was very excited when I found the lambchop with menorahs on its ears and paws.

I placed in order August 10th. It is now September 26th. My item has not shipped. I reached out the first week of September and they said it would ship soon. It hasnt. I reached out to their chat bot and first it said my order didnt exist. I told it the order date and it found it and then it said my order is "unfulfilled" and that i should contact support. It only ordered 1 item for under $30. I am beyond frustrated and my issues still is not resolved. Do not recommend.
Easy to order the food that my cats love!
My dogs just loved the tendon chew rings. We had a 3 month old rescue puppy with us for the weekend who was teething up a storm. These chews kept her busy and satisfied for at least an house
