Having seen the advert in the TV times,I phoned on behalf of my wife who is registered blind. From the very first enquiry, very polite and professional,explained everything the pendant system will do,arrived the next day with full easy instructions to set up and test,when they promptly answered I was instructed through the rest of the set up, well designed and a technically well planned,gives confidence, well done,and very affordable.

Easy concise introduction

Really dissatisfied with the start of the process of using the fall system. Arrived ok - called customer service the day it arrived to be told all was good with the set up and I could log into the app with my email and ANY password- never worked so emailed - no reply - called spoke to Henry who advised me nothing was active and I need a temp password from them - Henry sorted it but still didn’t tell me we had to activate the watch - during talking I had to hand up as my brother had a bad fall NO ALARM ACTIVATED -because lack of staff advise to activate - I drove to assist him and still have not received a call from a manager as requested- lost faith already in this company

What a superb Company! So extremely helpful in answering my many questions before purchashing.
Comparing with other companies I researched you are surely one of the very best.
Set up of the apparatus was easy following the booklet instructions and that of the 'live' help at the time.

Initial contact good and installation easy. Sadly we waited in all day for a promised delivery which never turned up as the unit was not sent for dispatch and Taking Care did not have the courtesy to let us know. I spent half an hour on the phone waiting for customer care for an answer. We still have not got the paperwork to add contacts promised 10 days ago and no reply has been sent to my email enquiry. Very dissappointed.

The advice, consideration and patience were exceptional. I felt reassured and appreciated.

We have only just set it up. In the test run it seemed really good. Time will tell but in trial runs really good.

As active 92 year old,I found the first one purchased was always setting the alarm off due to bad design.This one is perfect.I forget thatI am wearing it .Perfect.

Everything in good order , very helpful with setting up my unit , very reassuring and easy to follow all instructions.

First part, ordering the alarm was simple and efficient, however the second part, giving medical details and contacts was much more complicated and time consuming and it was not made clear during the first part that this would be necessary or the amount of detail required. Delivery took 8days, longer than expected and rather worrying as payment had already gone through. Once delivered setting up was simple and the instructions were easy to follow.

I have not yet used the alarm for a emergency, but I was pleased to find how easy it was to set up, including setting up the direct debit.

No one has got back to me with my query and I had to go through 3 separate calls to request my query - no one could answer it !

We had trouble setting it up we couldn’t find a signal but with a phone call it was quickly resolved as they hadn’t set the SIM card up very apologetic and helpful .

An excellent conversation with the lady on the phone and a full explanation of the system and the cost.

Ordering the alarm initially was quite easy and the Taking Care team extremely helpful. Setting up was ok, took time. Dad did one test and the lady asked a few questions to set up but she wasn’t very loud or clear. I was there so all was well but a bit concerned if dad had a fall he wouldn’t be able to hear the person through the alarm clearly.
