I found the setting up was quite easy after reading the instructions carefully. The connections were good and the help I got from your ladies on the phone was excellent. Nothing at all to complain about. Thank you.

I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago.. still havnt received it .. even though I was assured on 18th Aug that it had been dispatched.. as of this moment I am not impressed with your service.

Very easy to set up, auto instructions came over really clear and system set up within 20 minutes. Service when purchasing was very friendly and the staff made you feel confident. Out took longer to arrive than expected but it arrived just in time to take it to my dad’s when we visited him. I feel a lot happier now that my dad feels safer in his own home.

Good sales person, Tina Harris, understood need and answered questions. Let down by Evri their delivery partner., who received the pendant 13 August, delivered on 21 August. Said it would be delivered between 19:00 and 21:00. It came at 17:40. No attempt to ring door bell, not left in porch despite being informed and note on front door. Left it outside of door. Await to set up and test equipment, so an interim report.

It was so easy to get to know how to use the device and when making my test calls the ladies who replied were so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to speak to them. I’m completely satisfied that I will be looked after when I need to be.

Having a pendant gives me confidence in case of a fall.

Was given a comprehensive information about the alarm which enabled us to make the decision to buy and give peace of mind that help was at hand

After 7 days I still didn’t have an alarm, so I cancelled and had excellent service from Kent Telecare.

Setting up the equipment was not complicated.

The ordering process was straightforward and simple, a phone call to their call centre was helpful and all questions were answered satisfactorily the only negative I can find is the device worn around the neck has a button on each side at top that has to be pressed between the finger and thumb to activate and my mother who is very frail had great difficulty activating it during the test so I do worry that if she needs it she won’t be able to activate it.

Jo who i spoke to at taking care was amazing, she guided me through the process and kept in contact until we had a discharge date for my mum. Thank you for all the information

I wish on ordering my personal alarm, you had asked did l receive a mobile signal, my answer was no. So on receiving my first alarm l was excited until no work no signal.
Everyone assumes a mobile signal is received by everyone in the UK.
I will thank you for snding the correct alarm next day.
But the pendant o a bit of string/cord not suitable to wear in a shower.
The alarm returned had a chain on the pendant.
