Professional and thorough service with prompt response to queries.

Having somebody else to book all the trains and make all the seat reservations took away a lot of pressure. The hotels were all near train stations and top class.

Tailor Made Rail took the mystery out of European train travel booking.

Verifierat

Train seats not what we requested in some instances. Suggested hotel excellent

Verifierat

A little disappointed with aparthotel in Nimes

Verifierat

Convenience and ease of use - just use the next ticket on a single provided pdf - mostly QR codes to show train conductors, and hotels prepaid so easy check-in - hotels often within walking distance to the most interesting parts of medieval towns

I had an amazing holiday and Tailor Made Rail were very professional and helpful from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone. As a solo traveller they took all the headache away and the organisation was brilliant. Hotels trains, all excellent. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

This has been our 4th consecutive rail holiday with Tailor Made - pleased to report that the very high standards we have seen previously, have been maintained. All travel and hotel reservations worked faultless, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. See you again next year!

Train travel around Germany was brilliant and the company were extremely supportive and helpful

Verifierat

Good value Very good hotels Need to be able to manage elements of the journey independently from the provided information ie due to train changes . Using the the individual train companies apps essential Great fun and a great way to see places . You get much more insight to the countries visited than usin plane travel
