Zero Customer Service

I have been waiting for my cards for over 4 months now. It's one thing to have bad customer service, but they seem to have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Literally, no one ever responds. Next step is to pull up and get my cards myself!

This was my first time ever submitting…

This was my first time ever submitting cards for grading, and if I weren't so invested in the hobby, it would also be my last.

My experience with TAG has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service has been nothing but copy-and-paste responses, with unreasonable response times considering how little effort goes into the replies.

My five-card submission has been stuck in the image processing stage for nearly three months with no meaningful updates. Meanwhile, TAG continues to advertise and accept expedited grading orders for an additional fee while existing orders remain severely backlogged. That is a poor business practice.

At this point, it feels like my order has been forgotten entirely. Between the lack of communication, poor customer service, and apparent prioritization of new expedited orders over current customers, I can't recommend TAG based on my experience. They've lost my future business and earned my negative word-of-mouth.

Extremely terrible customer service and long turn around

Extremely terrible customer service. Took them several days just to respond to me with a copy and paste email about my order. It’s been over TWO months since my card’s status was updated. No refunds or compensation has been offered either. STEER CLEAR of Tag until they get their crap in order.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

ALMOST $300.00 SPENT WITH TAG TO GRADE 4 CARDS. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS AND BEEN IN IMAGE PROCESSING FOR NEARLY 1 MONTH OF THAT TOTAL. I WILL NEVER GO WITH TAG AGAIN UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO SPEND MONEY ON THEIR INFRASTRUCTURE AND LOGISTICS TO SPEED THE PROCESS UP. ORDER NUMBER 25F7DEE4. FIND ME.

Realistically it's almost double, just because grading companies not hiring a dedicated team for express, which then pushes everyone else back who isn't priority

This is my second time grading with…

This is my second time grading with TAG, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

The customer service has been atrocious. I submitted a 5-card order that was received on 3/23/2026, and it has been sitting in Image Processing since 4/17/2026 with little to no meaningful progress.

For comparison, I submitted cards to PSA on 5/1/2026, including a couple of higher-end cards I wanted back before the season started. Despite PSA's reputation for long turnaround times, that order has already reached the QA Check stage and is on track to be completed before my TAG order.

The fact that PSA had more than a month's disadvantage and is still likely to finish before TAG is mind-blowing. I chose TAG expecting innovation and efficiency, but the lack of communication, poor customer service, and excessive delays have completely changed my opinion.

I wanted to like TAG, but after this experience, I won't be submitting with them again.

Ruined My Card

I sent tag a jaxson dart which they ruined in their dig report clearly shows damage on the front corner but they said there isnt also can't get ahold of anyone nor is anyone getting back to me loved everything about tag till now won't be getting my business again if I could give 0 stars I would even have pictures to prove the damage too

I've been collecting TCG cards with my…

I've been collecting TCG cards with my son and wanted to see how the "grading" process works. I've only heard of bad, costly, and slow processes with PSA so we went with TAG. They use AI to grade the cards not a human with potential flaws.
I sent 5 cards in on February 26 and purchase their plan for shipping and expedited turnover. I understand that they only work on "business days". I still haven't received my cards back and its almost been 2 months.
I've contacted TAG asking for an explanation and they said that there is a influx in cards being graded and there will be a delay in my cards being returned.
After that email from them I then asked for a partial refund since they admitted fault for not getting my cards back to me on time. TAG sent and email stated that they will not be issuing me any type of refund.
This is complete robbery. If i bought a "widget" and was charging for expedited shipping i would expect that "widget" to get created and shipped to me as promised.
The reason I'm sending out this message is not to discourage people from shopping at TAG or any other services. I hope that someone will take notice and take action. I haven't a clue as to who to contact or how to resolve this other that typing out a long bad review.
