Excellent product with good quality brass fittings and first class customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T-Hose (in fact, I already have, but the product is so good that it speaks for itself)

Excellent customer service
We ordered 100ft and 50ft hoses 9 months ago. They came with free sprayer. The sprayer is pretty useless and leaked after a few uses.
The hoses are great but unfortunately one of the hoses developed several small leaks in one area.
I contacted Tuff hose and was delighted when they responded immediately and are replacing the hose and sprayer.
Would have been 5* if hose had lasted longer than 9 months.

Poor durability of fittings
I bought a T Hose around 2 years ago, and whilst it initially appeared a good product, things have gone downhill since. After a year the spray head failed to switch from one spray to another, and had to buy a replacement. I have now had the spray head connector fail with the retaining spring balls coming apart. I ordered a new connector which when it arrived found the screw thread to be incompatible with the hose. I have emailed the company who have offered to refund the cost on the return of the connector but hardly worth it. My T Hose is now unusable. I cannot recommend this product due to the poor durability of the accessories and the now obsolete fittings.

I required a replacement brass hose end…
I required a replacement brass hose end connector which was supplied at a very reasonable price and quickly shipped. On request, a video showing how to fit it was emailed to me, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend the extending hose that T-Hose supply for its quality, and customer service.

Best bit of garden kit I've ever…
Best bit of garden kit I've ever bought. I’ve just bought a second, longer one for my allotment and recommended it to fellow gardeners. Black is brilliant as it is almost invisible hanging on the wall and the hook is brilliant too - it just hangs on your tap so no tools needed.

Great product, exceptional customer service.

Both performed perfectly for nearly 12 months. I always ensure they are protected from frost in the winter as these hoses can freeze and split if not careful.
However after nearly 12 months I noticed a small hole in the 15m one 2 weeks before the 12 months.
Contacted T Hose, explained the situation and without hesitation sent me a new hose within 3 days.
I did provide a photo of the fault and proof of purchase.
What can I say other than exceptional customer service.
Hannah kept me updated on my new order.

Connection issue…
the brass connector had detached from the hose and I couldn't get it back on. I contacted Hannah at T.hose expecting to be told I meeded a new hose, but no, Hannah emailed me a link to a YouTube video showing how to reconnect. I tried it and it worked, took me around one minute. Other companies would have tried to sell me a new hose. Very impressed with the service.
I have two of their hoses, and they are by far the best quality product.

Use without fear!
The T Hose is by far the most practical and strongest expanding hoses Ive used.
Unlike previous hoses I have used it with the pressure washer without fear of it bursting!
You need to be using the hose, ie running water through it, to realise the stated length .

Have ordered previously without an issue, however last order was only partially fulfilled, brass connectors we ordered to join the hoses together were not included. No response to multiple follow up emails and no other way to contact them.

Hose ordered
Hose ordered, then wanted to add on some accessories. I was able to speak to someone to spend more money with them. But still waiting on the accessories with a number of emails sent and ignored. Funnily enough can’t get hold of them to speak to now.

hoax, scam, or inefficient?
Despite paying extra for next day delivery it will have take six days to receive the hose, if indeed it is delivered when they predict. There hasn't been notification of my order, they have not responded to my email and their telephone number is not recognised.

My hose arrived well etc but
My hose arrived well etc. BUT the spray gun stopped working after about 5 uses.. I have emailed the info@t-hose twice with the order number etc and have not had a reply after 4 days..maybe this will generate a response and replacement spray gun

Great hose
I bought one two years ago and it still works perfectly- the best hose I have ever had. I recently ordered another one in the sale to keep in shed “ just in case”.
