I order a pair of glasses that i am yet to receive never got email for my order got charged 44.95 when the price was 9.95.then i got charged 29.99 from a company saying i took out a membership they were suppose to return my money ? out for 74.84. What i think is worse is that they are still selling this crap they are on every were! doe sent any one see this and put a stop to this? why are they still in bussiness?

I ordered & was charged, for my glasses in August. It wasn't until I saw an advertisement. I remember that I never received them or got a refund. This site is a scam. I have read that others have had the same experience. The company hasn't gotten back to me, & I was never refunded.
Do Not Buy From This Company!!

0 stars if I could. Worst company to order anything from! And they will keep charging your card after your purchase. I had to dispute several charges with my bank and ended up having to get a new card. Trying to get ahold of contact support for a refund was a straight hassle. And the product I ordered was a generic knockoff brand. Shipping took almost a month; way longer than the 7-15 business days.

First of all I am going to classes for CDA I seen a ad about the glasses and was so excited because I really need those to see so yes I took a chance and ordered 2 along with a 2.0 glasses upgrade this was October, 2025 I have not received anything no receipt no email nothing so have i just lost money can i sue what can i do

I also ordered these glasses and They took my money and never received the glasses and they also tried taken more money out of my account this site is a scam And will not give me a refund they just ignore my email

I do so hope all this scam talk is not true I really need these glasses and I can't get out to get any I try to pair on that somebody else had and they seem to do exactly what I needed and since I have a tendency to lose mine all the time I thought these would be great now I'm not so sure I will right back and correct this review if everything is in order

I bought a pair of glasses from this company two weeks later they took $29 out of my bank account for no reason. And they overdrew it now I'll get a $35 overdraft fee. I'm so mad I'm spitting bullets I wouldn't give this company even a zero . Scam artist !!! The glasses they sent are no good I can't even see out of them . Self adjusting ha ha what a joke . Why can't people just be honest and not steal your money . I'm sorry I fell for it . I should have known better. What does it take to do a class action law suite?????????????

This company is the worst! Do not order from them they automatically enroll you in a club and continue to charge you month after month they are scam artists their products don’t even work and then trying to get it cancelled is beyond ridiculous even when you block them on your card somehow these thieves get through then refuse to refund your money for “the club”they have a New York number and lie about bring in the US clearly they are not! Run fast and far they are truly evil!

Where are my glasses?

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses ($50 after shipping) over 30 days ago and haven't received them yet. Haven't found a way to contact them. SCAM!!!!!! DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!!

I canceled my order and they said they would refund me. My banks fraud department is gonna get my money back., as I reported it to them.

I ordered 2 pair of their "self adjusting glasses". After several weeks I received 1 pair, they were +2.50 reading glasses. They didn't adjust, impossible to use. Fighting with them as we speak for 100% refund. They want me to pay shipping back to China (which isn't going to happen) or accept 20% refund. WHY SHOULD I??? THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. I received 2 and they aren't what I ordered. They still have my money for them 3rd pair and I can't get anybody to talk to. Just found out they tried ti take another $29.95 from my card. Not long after I received the 2 pairs, I was scammed. They tried to take almost $1,700. Thank God cash app stopped it, I'm on a fixed income and Idon'treceivethat much a month. I now have all new cards. So they didn't get any money this time

Total scam took my money but never received the glasses and they won't refund it either

Ordered 3 pr. Aug. 1. Then immediately ordered 3 more pr. accidentally. Was charged 34.95 and then 23.91. Never received confirmation email or receipt except the receipt from Cash app. Managed to contact them approx. 2 weeks after order and they said 6 pr. we're on their way. I even managed to track them and it showed they were in transit in Calif. Since then still haven't received them and now can't reach them or find anywhere to track the order. It's like everything vanished associated w them. Going to file dispute thru Cash app and c what happens . I noticed they r still advertising on Amazon so notifying Amazon of my experience. Wish me luck! If settled, will modify my review.

Leider ist unser Sohn (und natürlich auch wir als Eltern) auf diesen Hyp um den Adventkalender hereingefallen. Es ist echt unglaublich, welchen Müll man hier geboten bekommt. Der echte Warenwert für uns Konsumenten liegt bei ca 25.- Euro! Man bekommt hauptsächlich diverse Rabatt-Gutschiene von völlig überteuerten Shops, eine Kerze, grausames Getränkepulver, Zünder..? oder ein Wasserball..?
Die einzigen halbwegs brauchbaren Artikel waren, weiße PVC Socken und ein weißes T-Shirt... unser Sohn war extrem endtäuscht. Ich finde es nach wie vor unglaublich, dass man sich so einen Misst anzubieten traut.

I placed an order with Syrupandpine for auto focus eye glass. I never received a conformation email. So, I sent an email to the support email that was given when I placed the order. The email was returned saying. "No address found". So, now I'm out $65.90. I looks to be a big scam.
Edit: i had the wrong email. I have since contacted the company. However they can't seem to find my order. We're working together to try and resolve this issue. I will update when resolved.
