My rear light was broken on my car & I was struggling to find a replacement tail light that wasn’t costing a fortune.
Came across this company through Parts Gateway, sent them a message with my registration number to check it was suitable. They replied quite quickly advising it was.
Received the order which was packed really well & delivered quickly.
Really impressed with the service, turnaround & cost of the part was even better.
My husband & son managed to fit it without any difficulties.

I purchased two vehicles (BX69FUP and BX69FRN) from SYNETIQ in July 2025. Both cars were misrepresented in the listings:
• Missing third row of seats (undisclosed).
• Roof holes (undisclosed).
• Most importantly, one vehicle (BX69FUP) had bumper damage that occurred after the auction photos but before collection from their site.

I provided video evidence taken at their own premises showing the damage, yet SYNETIQ refused to acknowledge it, accept responsibility, or contribute in any way. Their only “solution” was to suggest I re-enter the cars back into auction at my own risk, which is unreasonable given the circumstances.

This shows a lack of duty of care, poor transparency, and no accountability when issues are raised. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

If you’re considering buying through SYNETIQ, be warned:
• Expect omissions in listings.
• Don’t expect support if something goes wrong.
• Be prepared to absorb extra costs yourself.

A professional auction should stand by its descriptions and address proven damage, but SYNETIQ made it clear they won’t. My experience has been time-consuming, costly, and deeply disappointing.

The Communication with the Customers Office Staff's are great and their explanation regarding my request was wonderful.

The chatbot is good but I asked to speak to a person. Daniel Needham was excellent, he was prompt and answered all my questions before reserving the item and sending a payment link. All very efficient.

we purchased a axle from there ebay shop, received a message the next day asking for another £320 due to there error pr they would cancelled the transaction, negative experience shall be ordering from somwhere else.
