I was using their website and it showed they had two engines available for my Owatonna skid steer. The website provided two stock numbers. So I called the customer service number, and gave them the stock numbers. They could not find the stock numbers and stated they didn't sell these parts. Poor website; states they have your parts to get you to call, but then they have nothing. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

tried to call me pretending that he ordered transmission and why I don't ship it .. sounds like old man. asked me few times to repeat phone number for the website.. after checking the website I noticed they are scammers .. they don't have a real location and they are selling super cheap .. they insisted to give me price they need a phone number .. refused and sent email .. so I got email telling me to call to order the part.. the minute you order the part they will steal your information..

the only confusing thing that the old man goes by Paul over the phone.. not sure if he was the scammer or he was scammed for real and trying to get his money back.

but definitly this website will scam old people thinking they are getting a good deal on transmission or engine but they will never get anything just a credit card charge back .

I was told there was a 5 year guarantee on the motor and that it had been tested. Got the motor and it looks like it has been sitting in a shed somewhere very dirty, leaves and grass all over it. I had it tested and the motor is no good. Now they refuse to refund the money at all.

attempted to purchase and engine from them , they stated they had tried to put the charge thru but couldn't, they attempted several times then when i did some research i found they were a scam. when they called me back i stated to hold off on the purchase and they attempted to force the sale on me but i refused. sent them a email and text to sales team to cancel sale. Received a phone call 1 minute later to tell me miraculously the charge went thru and the amount was different and more. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

they had made mutable charges to my account with different amounts, stealing money from my account mutable times. had to change credit cards and report them for fraud on my account to my bank. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! THEY TRIED ONE CHARGE OF 30,000 FOR A 345. PART.

I purchased an engine from PremiumAutoPartsStore, worst experience ever. Every time I spoke with someone there, it was a different story. They said the engine has a 3 year warranty but they will not send you any details about the warranty.
When the engine arrived, it was bolted to a flat pallet, no side protection, no top protection. It looked like it came straight from a junk yard. Several parts on the outside of the engine were broken even they said it ran before sending it.
I found them through SwizzAuto and when I called SwizzAuto again, they led me to a completely different state in the USA. Swizz is just a front for several shady people selling junk yard pulls.
[Update a few weeks later]
After paying over 400 to have broken parts replaced on the engine, there was a leak leaving puddles of oil on my garage floor. It cost me another $450 to get the crank seal replaced. And, even though PremiumAutoPartsStore said multiple times (and e-mails) the engine only had 75,000 miles on it, my mechanic said looking at the seals and gaskets, there is no way the engine only had 75,000 miles, more like double that. I ended up paying about the same as a VIN certified engine that was twice as much as Premium's junk yard pull.

Salesmen hung up on me as I was asking him some questions. He wanted me to commit to buying a used engine before he would share any of the testing information that they had on the engine!

Don't waste your time or money with this scam. I ordered a Grade A engine from these guys. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. I worked with Zian. He is an absolute liar. After 2 weeks I was still being told it was going through the inspection process or that they were waiting on the tracking information from the shipper. It did show up 3 weeks after the order. I unloaded it and took it up to the shop and took off the plastic wrap. The first thing I noticed was it had not been cleaned at all. It was disgusting. I saw quite a bit of oil on the pallet at the rear of the engine. I bent down to look and I could see completely through the engine. They shipped me a blown up engine. It had lost a rod and punched a large hole in both sides of the block rendering this not even core worthy. I looked on the packing slip and found the wrecking yard that shipped it. I called them to ask why you would ever ship a blown up engine to anyone? They told me that they had talked to Zian and sent him a video that clearly showed that this engine was a total loss. Zian told them to ship it anyway. This engine was never cleaned, inspected or tested. I would never do any business with this company again ever!!

i had ordered a toyota 1zz-fe engine for this place on 8-7-24 was told by a person named sam that they had a good low mileage engine and they would get it out of the car and would be sending pictures of the progress. sounds good right, tall tale, no truth to his statements. i called no return or answering of the phone, sent e-mail, no response tried this for a number of weeks. used my shop phone and got to talk to a loser they seemed to go into panic mode, because apparently they have have my number and email blocked so i could not get ahold of them. so when i used my other number they would not offer any help but suggested that i turn a claim into my banks fraud depatment which i did and the bank was able to refund my money. this is a very poor experience with a company this scam company it feels like the old nigerian scam as well and the indian scam saying you owe money to the irs. these people lie , do not deliver and waste your time and if like me i have to find another source for my customers engine

Con game. Do not trust this organization. They tried selling me a Transmission when I responded to their text that I already found one, I was told they would give me a transmission and $500.00. I called and ask why they would do that and the man Zayn said to beat the price I was paying. I told him it didn't seem right and he hung up on me. Total phishing scam.

IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER SOLD ME A ENGINE FOR 1320.00 AND IT WAS ALL RUSTED NOT PRESURED CHECKED AS THEY SAID IT WAS LIED TO ME ALL THE WAY AROUND .ALSO NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY
