I'm 75 and not good at technology, especially mobile phones, but one phone call to Switcheroo saved me half of what I was paying for my sim only deal .However it took the huge patience of one of your staff, Ben .He talked me through, step by step, it took ages but he was so professional and understanding. Trying to leave sky was an absolute nightmare 1.30hours minutes of listening to what they can do for me put the phone down then I was told about switcheroo a guy called Aaron miles talked me through what I had to do and in 3 days I’d left sky with no problem

Chadwell Telecomms - So far - a disappointing experience. Trying to upload the ESim and contacting the company about problems experienced were NOT handled well. Customer service phone just rang out and when my email pleading for help was answered, I was told I should have used the support email address. Would have been helpful if I'd been given this! Sadly as with so many companies - the sales process was great, but once you've agreed and signed up, things fall apart!

The guy was honest and friendly. Got a great deal, and everything was switched the week after!

was under the impression this is a price comparison site but actually they take all of your details then dont show any prices and expect a call instead. These are very underhand tactics and Ill no doubt get spammed with lots of unwanted junk mails and calls

It’s gone well. Today I am now with a different provider and it went through without a hitch. The person who called me was very helpful and I didn’t have to do much and what I did, all steps were carefully explained

After initial contact the whole procedure has been easy and without issue, been with previous supplier 30+ years and change over so easy I can’t understand why I haven’t done it before, if your thinking of changing suppliers after my experience I would say just do it, it’s so easy!!

Put my details on their page and got an almost immediate reply to tell me that someone would phone me within a short space of time. Turned out I got a better deal than through my present suppliers , so all in all a good timely service. One observation, I don’t know if they are informed by the new supplier as to what deal I’ve taken and for how long ? Will they contact me again after my new deal is coming to an end ?

On Tuesday 18/08 we were contacted by you.
Amir was friendly and helpful and my wife and I agreed to switch to 3 mobile.
We gave Amir our PAC numbers and to told us we’d receive new SIMs in 48 hours.
The SIMs have not arrived and we have had no contact at all from 3 or Switcheroo.
WHAT IS GOING ON?

Had a rep come to my elderly mothers door. He lied about some central database and seeing that people had been paying too much money in the building we live in because of a generator installation.

Called her energy provider and the building management after the call to hear that this was complete rubbish.

Very shady tactics to use targeting elderly people. Do not interact if they come to your door.

Absolute rubbish. Completely misleading process. The site collects all your details, makes you answer a long list of questions and... Shows nothing. Well, not nothing, but "Your energy deal is ready! Expect a call from... A switching expert".

Thanks, but no thanks. "A switching expert" :D No need for your spam or a sales call. Luckily, I used someone else’s number to avoid the call; apologies to whoever ended up dealing with these.

Just avoid the site, plenty of others actually provide instant online quotes without wasting your time.

Couldn’t recommend her enough.
