The whole service seemed very tailored to me. The people at switcheroo seemed to be working hard to find deals for me. They rang a few times at times that were convenient to me and helped me every step of the way.

Terrible experience. Company called Chadwell offered me an excellent mobile deal with Three only to tell me after I’d signed the contract that they couldn't actually do the deal at the price quoted. Now I’m getting emails from Three and Chadwell are saying I’m no longer their customer so can’t help, and that it’s not their fault as they can’t guarantee the prices they quote 🤷‍♀️ Steer clear of this company

I was contacted by Kai from Chadwell who has found me a contract with my present supplier, ee, with unlimited data, minutes and texts and for use in EU for £6 less than my current contract and for 2 years, thus saving me £72 à year. Very helpful and will help if I have any queries. Prompt delivery of SIM card. Good customer communications.

I was helped in making my decision and Ben answered all of my questions, which i didn't totally understand not being Tech minded.
But he was very patient and he helped me so much and got me a great deal. Thank you Ben

Really impressed with this company. I was looking to move my broadband and made initial enquiry and was contacted exceptionally quickly by a staff member who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to make a substantial saving on my bill. I can’t fault their customer service in any way. Very easy process, speedy response and extremely positive outcome so a huge thanks to the team and can highly recommend.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable of products available to help us save money on our gas and electric. Steve was friendly, listened to our needs and I did not feel pressured talking to him. Would highly recommend.

When i filled in my details, looking for a new mobile network, i expected something like comparethemarket, where i'd get a list of things to chose from. Instead i got calls at work, once i picked up and asked them not to call at work times, i am stressed out as it is. They kept calling me at work time. I finally picked up today after work, and asked the person to remove my details, i'd like to step back, because i can't make an informed decision on the phone after somebody read out a bunch of numbers to me. He told me to check trustpilot. I said it's not a trust issue, it's just that i also wouldn't buy internet from a cold caller on my doorstep, because i am not currently checking and comparing them with anybody else. I asked again to remove my details and to not call me again, i would like to step back from their services. The guy gave me such ATTITUDE, then slammed the phone on me without saying bye or anything.

The ease of using the Switcheroo application was great, it was straight forward and easy to follow.
The responses were quick and appeared thorough.
When I choose the most cost effective option which was based on the daily charge for both gas and electricity I was taken through the switch over process by the FUSE provider, I set up my new direct debit and then when I was asked to select the tariff I wanted, the one advertised on your site a was not available and the cheapest option was more expensive than what was my current supplier.

Scam website, beware! Made unsolicited calls 24/7. Never give them your phone number
