Switchaid found our village hall a very good mobile phone deal. I then received excellent service from Karen, Prasanna, and Kim in setting up the phone.

We have received excellent continual support from Lee, James, and the whole team at Sebb Group. They are always on hand to help with any phone queries we have, and their responses are consistently quick, helpful, and friendly.

As a charity, having reliable and approachable support makes a huge difference, and we genuinely appreciate the time and care the team gives us. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and we always feel valued as a customer.

Every time I've dealt with Kim she has been extremely helpful and managed to answer my questions and sort any problems quickly. She is always polite and kind which is often rare these days when it comes to customer service.

We have used this company a couple of times to help with new utility deals. They have been very helpful and I’d particularly like to single out Stephanie F who has gone above and beyond to help our church to end one contract and negotiate a better deal with another provider. The negotiations with the company we were wanting to leave were especially difficult and often left me in tears! Thanks to Steph we were able to come through it and she was always kind, supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend.

As a small foodbank charity run entirely by volunteers our mobile phones and Internet are critical but we don't have the resources to be constantly checking for the best deals. Nathan was really helpful sorting us out (as a charity with a very small team) quite a tricky and time consuming exit but we got there in the end thanks to Nathan's persistence.
