This was my first time using this company my original design was not in stock so was able to get a suitable replacement once done the card was sent back quickly was in communication with the company via emai and was happy with my expirience

Throughout the process, the team kept me updated which offered peace of mind. Any questions were answered quickly. Once my card was collected, creating and shipping the new one took just a couple of days. The product and service were both great.

I will admit. I was scared sending my bank card. However they is nothing to worry about. Swipe Metal informed me when they received my bank card and sent me a tracking number when the card was ready.

At the end of the process. I got a lovely custom made bank card with the design I wanted. Plus it comes in a lovely box too.

Overall. Fantastic experience working with Swipe Metal. I would 100% recommend this company l.

This is the 1st time using this company and I must say the service was amazing and the process from start to finish was very easy and secure. I sent them my card on the Monday and the following Monday I was using it but with the admiring glances from the people I came into contact with regarding the nice look of the Metal card . So once again I would highly recommend this service.

I had contacted Swipe Metal and shared my vision and designs with them. They had designed a mock template swiftly and awaited my approval, there was a few minor OCD details that I needed fixing and they were ever so accommodating. I sent off my card patiently waiting and within a few days received my converted card. Was extremely happy with my card.

Really happy with the quality of the card - it's definitely on the premium side. It did take over a week to get done which is longer than I expected, but to be fair they kept me updated. I was honestly impressed. It feels really solid, looks great, and works just like my normal card. Worth the wait in the end.

I purchased a metal card they communicated very quickly and in a professional manner. I have actually received compliments and a great conversation starter I would recommend!

So, here is a completely open and honest review of Swipe metal cards ..
As with everyone, I was a little dubious about sending my card though the post, but you can freeze it so no harm done.
Order placed on the 14th April... Royal Mail took a day longer than expected to deliver but the following day had a message to say my card was ready and was posted.
19th April card arrived, looked incredible and was chuffed with the whole process.... However... The card didn't work on either contactless or chip and pin. Tried it at 3 different stores, didn't work but my other card worked fine.
Contacted customer support, was told that they were very sorry, it's very rare but the only way to sort this is to cancel and order another card, then post it to them.
I had a holiday so caused a slight delay, however sent another card on my return, received the new one which took weeks and weeks this time, again.... Didn't work!
I was assured if I sent another card it would work, was about to give up but thought I would try one more time. This time, after them having the card for 2 weeks I was told there was an issue with the mag strip and needed to order and send yet another new card.
They did contact me, gave me a partial refund and convinced me to try 1 more time. I used a pre-approved postage label but apparently it got delivered to a mailbox that they can no longer access, so this time I completely gave up.
Shortly after this, 2 off my cards turned up at the house, returned by Royal Mail as they were unable to be delivered, which meant I was lied to about the third card which I simply couldn't take.
Such a shame, card looks great, arrived quickly 1st time round and should have been a brilliant product. However in the end, it was months of back and forth, hassle with postage and constantly chasing refunds etc.
Currently, I have a blank card, no fitting tool and no intention of using it. 2 stars for the card quality, the rest was 1 star sadly!

Card was with scratches.I was promised that there would be contactless payment and i pay for this, but it wasnt there.Average company.
