FAULTY GOODS. DO NOT PURCHASE. CUSTOMER SEVICE IS AWFUL. I ordered a pair of triathlon shorts for £65. Worn once and washed once following the correct washing advice on the label. Chamois fell apart and broke into pieces. What made things worse was that customer services refused to replace or refund the faulty goods.

Firstly, we have been in regular communication with you regarding your concerns. We have always responded promptly and professionally, which contradicts your claim about poor customer service.
Secondly, your request for a refund was based on an item that had been used and washed.
Upon reviewing the photos you provided, we found no clear evidence of a manufacturing defect. As per our terms and conditions, we cannot issue refunds for used items unless a clear defect is identified.
Finally, we offered a 30% off on your next order initially and also to replace the item as a gesture of goodwill, despite the lack of visible faults. Unfortunately, you declined this resolution in favour of leaving this review.
We are a small business committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. While we understand that not all experiences will meet expectations, we believe your review is not reflective of the facts in this case.

Swimcore did its job
Always got a good response to my inquiries. Customer service always replied promptly and would find out answers if they didn’t know. The company was great but the transportation people both in the UK & US made this a long drawn out experience. Would by from them again but would request a different shipping option. Than you Swimcore

I had a problem, I had bought a pair of Italian 'Cressi' swimming goggles twice by mistake. When I phoned the company to explain I spoke to an extremely pleasant Italian gentleman, who was very understanding and considerate. We came to satisfactory agreement - which they didn't legally need to - and he immediately replaced the goggles with a pair of 'Cressi@ sunglasses that I mentioned I liked. No fuss, no hassle, no argument just simple common sense prevailed, a rare experience these days. It was a pleasure to deal with Swimcore and I would certainly recommend them, and do business with them again...5 stars.

I recently purchased some swim pool noodles from Swimcore, and I must say, I am impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the product. And has proven to be a reliable addition to my pool accessories.
It took about 4-5 working days to arrive, which was okay to wait overall.
What sets this shop apart is not only the quality but also the diverse range of items available and its uniqueness.
Overall, I highly recommend Swimcore to anyone in search of pool accessories. I will certainly be a returning customer for my future swimming needs.

Men's Swimsuits WIN!
I ordered 2 jammer style swimsuits and they look fantastic and fit great! Great colour saturation! I am very happy. I'm 182cm/85kg (5'11"/186LBs) and chose men's waist size SMALL (my build is athletic). I'm a bit of a gym rat, love hiking & the outdoors and have always loved swimming. Delivery here to Canada was fairly quick too! I shall likely be a repeat customer now.

I am experiencing too many insistent messages from Trustpilot to review one small pool toy. I havent access to a pool until next August so am unable to review it. I am associating the pool toy with stressful cold sweats. I bought it because I watched my young family play with one of these in an indoor pool in Australia and it looked like a lot of fun.

All our items in our shop are stocked at a warehouse in Birmingham, UK and usually, dispatch the same day.
But from time to time when an item run low in stock delivery can take longer as they need more time to restock the new batch of product, and then arrange delivery.
I hope you understand and we're very sorry for the delay, please feel free to reach out if you like to discuss this further.
We've just sent you an email with the new tracking number, as we can see the package is at the London facility and will be due for deliver soon!

I placed an order on 11/7/23 for a swim…
I placed an order on 11/7/23 for a swim mat as a birthday present. It is now 25/7/23 and it’s still not arrived.
I had contacted swimcore a few days ago in an attempt to cancel my order as it’s too late for the birthday now and they have told me I will need to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back.
So still waiting…..

Thanks for your review, but unfortunately, we have to disagree with what you are saying. When you placed the order, we emailed you that delivery would take longer than expected due to the high item volume and special delivery.
Sometimes next-day delivery isn't possible, especially with high volume items. Even when you buy high-volume products on Amazon, you must wait more than 7-8 working days.
We understand you had the pleasure of leaving us a bad review for no exact reason. Still, we can also see that the item has been successfully delivered. We tried to call you and left an email offering the return label and an immediate refund.
We are still waiting for your reply; as of now, there is no response from you, so please let us know if you want to keep or return the item and accept the refund; we will immediately send you a return label and issue the full refund of your order.
