Both instructors Mariia and Nisa were lovely, helpful and so supportive throughout the entire course. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a lifeguard course.

Great customer service, swimsuit fit is loose
Excellent customer service. Delivery time was ok but nothing special. Fit is not great for me and feels as if the straps will slide off too easily but it does feel comfortable in the water.

I’m sorry to hear the fit and feel weren’t quite right for you. With swimwear, fit can vary quite a bit depending on body shape and preference, especially with strap styles, so I understand your concern there.
In terms of quality, the suits are designed for regular use in the water, but I take comments like this seriously and will review this with our supplier. It’s useful to know that it felt better in the water than out, as that’s typically where performance matters most.

NRASTC training with Swimcore Academy
I completed the two day NRASTC course with Oscar from Swimcore Academy. Booking the course itself was straightforward and communication with Swimcore Academy was great from the start, with clear timetables, venue details and the course manual all sent in a timely manner. The WhatsApp group that Swimcore set up before the course was also useful, with all messages being responded to extremely promptly. It also proved very useful over the two days of the actual training, to communicate with the other participants, especially in the evenings, and for Oscar, the trainer, to share additional resources or answer (lots of) quick questions.
The course was a good balance of online and in person training, both of which were organised and well delivered. Oscar was a great trainer, striking a good balance between delivering the content, checking regularly that it was being understood and absorbed, and finding different ways to lighten the mood with funny anecdotes and opportunities to share experiences.
The assessment was carried out by Nathaniel, who again made what is quite a stressful situation as pleasant and relaxed as possible, whilst still being rigorous and professional.
Overall I was very happy with every aspect of the course and would definitely recommend it to others.

Amazing instructor and assesor
The location had beautiful scenery, the class was nice and most importantly our instructer Marria was amazing, she taught us everything we needed to know before the assessment and was supportive and helpful throughout all the way to the end. The assessor Nathaniel ( if Im not mistaken) has a calm demeanor which helped reduce my anxiety and stress significantly helping me pass. The swimming pool is also nice, overall a 10/10 experience.

Amazing course

I recently completed my NPLQ renewal
I recently completed my NPLQ renewal, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial enrollment process to the final assessment, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Signing up was quick and straightforward, with clear communication and helpful guidance throughout.
The course itself was extremely well-structured, with a great balance between theory and practical sessions. The pool sessions were particularly valuable, allowing us to refresh essential rescue techniques and build confidence in real-life scenarios. All equipment provided was in excellent condition and up to date, which really enhanced the quality of the training.
The staff/ teachers were very helpful, and encouraging. The assessor, was supportive, fair, and highly knowledgeable. They created a positive environment while ensuring that all candidates met the required standards. Their feedback was constructive and really helped reinforce key skills.
Overall, the entire NPLQ renewal process was efficient, engaging, and highly worthwhile. I left feeling confident, competent, and fully prepared to return to lifeguarding. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone looking to renew their qualification!

The jammer you purchased is part of a newer model that has been in very high demand and has quickly become one of our best sellers.
Due to this, there have been periods of low stock which can occasionally affect dispatch times.
That said, we did communicate the expected timeframe, and the delivery window you mention is within the range provided at the time of purchase.
We understand waiting is frustrating, but this was not an unexpected or uncommunicated delay.
As a small, independent academy, we focus on quality products and service rather than mass distribution speeds, and most of our customers understand and appreciate that which is reflected in the majority of our reviews.
