Our pool and surrounding tiled area has been transformed from a tired, chipped and worn out mess to a delightful, fresh and relaxing haven thanks to the excellent team from Swimart Frenchs Forest with Brandon and Rebecca at the helm.
We are so delighted with the outcome, it has exceeded our expectations and come in bang on budget.
The terrific team of tilers scraped out all the cracked, stained and worn grout then regrouted the whole pool deck area. They replaced broken and chipped tiles and professionally cleaned the whole area so our 30 year old tiles look like new. (They even fixed an uneven edge from our driveway at no cost).
The pool lighting was replaced and now works perfectly so we can enjoy the pool at night as much as we do during the day.
Finally, the old cracked and worn pebblecrete pool surface was removed and replaced giving the pool a glorious facelift, it looks amazing and so fresh and clean.
The communication was excellent from the first phone call to the final inspection. We were given great advice along the way, all the different tradies were reliable and thoughtful and obviously experts at their trade.
Brandon has supported and advised us to ensure we keep the pool looking brilliant for years to come. He obviously loves his job and genuinely wants us to feel 100% happy with the work his team did, which we do.
Bring on Summer we can’t wait to enjoy our beautiful pool and would recommend Swimart Frenchs Forest to anyone considering a pool update and renovation without hesitation.

Just had the sand in the filter replaced today. Bought the pump and filter from swimart years ago. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as are all the team.

As well as regular servicing, which is generally very good, withnthe occasinal glitch with less experienced staff, problem solving is great. We had a leakage issue over a weekend, reported on Monday, fixed on Tuesday, all while short staffed. Thank you, guys.

If I have Andrew attending to my pool I feel I will be in good hands. I need to know that, like any business, the people we give our business to are honest, as it can be taken away. Please stay this honest, helpful person.

We purchased a home and until we moved in months later, Swimart was contracted to look after the pool.
Extremely unprofessional in the way it was conducted and resulted in costing substantial $ in water lost.
While taking no responsibility at all . Would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a BWT D Line Tornado Robotic Pool Cleaner. Great advice from Swimart Palm Beach. The cleaner is excellent and has picked up lots of dirt that the manual vacuuming missed. Easy as - place in pool - turn on - pick up about hours later - clean filters and dry - put away.

Swimart Warners Bay has been servicing our little above ground pool for the past 5 years. Our services have always been carried out by Lance who has been very reliable and caring person. Lance is a credit to Swimart Warners Bay and I carnt speak highly enough of his outstanding service.

The advice is generally consistent amongst the guys testing pool samples and recommending treatments. Safe pair of hands 👍

Knowledgeable staff. However all I got done was a test and bought some strips and it was $40. I have had tests done else where for free and would have thought $40 for the strips is too much. I’ll probably go else where in the future.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Swimart Charmhaven would not answer the phone so I rang warners bay store and Kerry could not have been more helpful finding the part i required
When in store i had water test done and given advice on fixing my pool thanks ladies this is what customer service is supposed to be

For over 20 years roof solar was installed and serviced. New ownership. Rang on 2nd Dec made arrangements with Emily for Annual inspection (for 7th). Was advised Steve will call prior. No one arrived followed up to be told 'no record'. Totally passive aggressive. Icing on cake instead of 'hey we Totally forgot it was no record of your details you never called us!

I personally have always found the staff helpful, constructive and friendly. We have been with Swimart Warners Bay for 27 years. Over the years eventually issues arise with the pool. When problems arise I have found the staff to be solution focused and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Always exceptional service when having my water tested. Never any pressure to purchase, which is why I buy my product from them when needed. Great knowledge on products required which makes maintenance on my spa easy.
