DO NOT USE SWIMART LAWNTON to service your pool especially if you are not there to see what they do or do not do!!. I got a quote for treatment of a green pool, this quote was agreed the work was carried out & the bill was paid in full. Then a few wks later another made up invoice with work on it that has already been paid for in the original invoice was emailed to me. I do not believe this work was carried out & even so it was never approved by me or even mentioned that it was needed. So I'm obviously not going to pay for imaginary work. I've explained this many times but Swimmart ignores this & keeps sending the invoice. They are threatening me with bailiffs now. So please BEWARE because paying in full is not good enough for them. You will be harassed for money you do not owe. This company is a discrace to treat customers this way.

We have been going to Swimart Pools Lawnton for 20years. The team have always been very professional and are willing to help any situation that arises with the pool and accessories. They will not rip you off in fact may undersell themselves at times. Thoughlly recommended.

I purchased an auto robot vacuum in November 2022 from Swimart. It stopped working on day 1. It is February 15 2023 now and still has not been replaced. As a consequence of this, we were unable to use our pool over the last few hot months.

The problem ,first appointment for that afternoon had to be cancelled after I rang to find out if they were still coming Came next day , getting out the work ute looking at the pool equipment and saying can’t work out we’re leak is till pump is connected . I went to the shop explained what happened and problem instantly solved .The staff at the shop are full of knowledge,very helpful and polite customer service is 11 out of 10 thank you Marama

Tim was professional and knowledgeable he went the extra mile in service. He explained what he was doing and why.I have been going there for a few years now and have always found the staff very helpful.

Tim is a magic man as he rectified the problem in a speedy manner. Not happy wit John the technician was rather abrupt and couldn’t fix the problem with the chlorinator. He asked us to leave the store.Not very customer friendly.
