Extremely disappointing experience. They responded to my Rated People job post for a small plumbing inspection and repair, took an £80 inspection fee upfront on 24th August and then failed to arrange the inspection.
Two weeks later I cancelled the job with them and requested a refund. That was on 4th September and I have still not received my refund.
Avoid.
Very good response from Swiftfix/Samuel and a plumber arrived quickly to resolve my leaking waste.
I was having a problem with the lights in my house because they kept flickering. It was really frustrating, so I contacted SwiftFix. They arrived quickly, found the cause of the problem, and fixed it without any hassle. Everything is working properly now, and I'm very happy with the service.
