This was an ideal location for spending time in the beautiful city of Milan. Close to a wonderful market, amazing restaurants, and all the historical attractions. The space is more than adequate and has all the appointments needed for a relaxing stay. Management is available with answers to any questions and responds quickly if any assistance is needed. I would definitely come back when visiting Milan again.

Everything was accomodated perfectly, we had a great stay and information about entrance was really clear. Really convenient and easy to use.

Mas Europe apartments are my 'go to venue' for Brussels trips whether work or pleasure. The apartments are spacious, full of character and in a quiet neighbourhood making for a very relaxing stay. They are also well-positioned to pop into the city or the 'EU bubble', a 15 minute walk either way and close to the Metro too. Add in relaxed and friendly staff, and for me there is no other choice in Brussels

We loved our experience in this super cute Milan apartment. Comfortable. Great location. We walked everywhere. There is a privacy screen for the second bedroom -- so not a proper door but that didn't matter to us. Excellent stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During a major heat wave in Milan, the AC did not work on the first night, and the apartment became impossible to sleep in. We spent the entire next day exhausted and had to leave the apartment early just to find somewhere with proper air conditioning. Although the issue was eventually fixed, the system is clearly outdated and insufficient for the size of the apartment. Offering only €18 compensation for losing a night of sleep and part of our holiday did not feel adequate. This has honestly been the worst experience we have ever had with Airbnb. What makes it even more frustrating is that this company manages many apartments in different cities, yet they still refuse to return €80. At this point, it is no longer about the money but about basic principles and customer care. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

The apartment was great. Clean, fresh, modern with a beautiful small garden behind the windows. You don't feel like in the centrum of a big city at all, but in the same time everything is very close.
Special thanks for the cold water in the fridge and for for the iron.

We stayed in Barcelona over a long weekend in May. We were three adults and one child, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Location was great, close to restaurants and sites. Would stay here again.

My first stay with Sweett and I'd absolutely recommend. We booked a small townhouse near to Montmartre in Paris and aside from the perfect location, it had everything we needed as a family of 7. Very clean and with all the utensils we could need. I think what made the whole process even easier was the app. The thought of downloading another app on my phone was not ideal but I'm so glad I did. Whoever designed it thought of everything needed from checking in to communication as well as location tips. Lastly, we used the baggage holding lobby at the end of our stay. The lady was very helpful too and had them all waiting for us on our return. Well done Sweett - we'll book through you again!

The accommodation was spotless, cozy and very well located. Communication was easy, and the host made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

J’ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel (au moins 8 fois) et je suis toujours satisfaite. Les chambres sont propres, l’endroit est calme et le service est impeccable. Je m’y sens bien à chaque séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, very close to the city center and convenient to everything. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and well organized. The room had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
