Sweets and Candy Omdömen

I've ordered a couple of times from this company and had everything in the order without any substitutions or errors.

I buy my american candy from here (red velvet) and also some of their own makes.

Their own chocolate isn't great quality chocolate more of cooking chocolate but I actually dont mind that (if your looking for belgian type chocolate dont buy their own brands).

The kiddies sweets are sweet and taste surprisingly good.

The delivery method is royal mail thru amazon. (my delivery anyway) They also pack the sweets securely.

Overall. Upto now I am happy with the experiance.

Very pleased with my order. My daughter bought 7, 1kg bags of sweets, a mixture of jellies, fudge and bonbons for a wedding sweet table plus 8 small bags to enjoy before the wedding. All the sweets were excellent quality and tasted great. Delivery was earlier than quoted with updates by email and text. Would definitely recommend this company.

Would have given better rating had I received the full 1kg bag. 50g short. If selling 950g bags, advertise that… honesty is a suppliers greatest tool. Maybe I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

Next day delivery by DPD plus you can divert to pick up point 👍🏻 and the 1kg sweets are a bargain and they taste really good 👍🏻

First time ordering for halloween… 👻

Quality was very good, delivery was quick and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I'm giving this company A***** all the way. It's been my first time ordering and my god the service is fantastic and quick delivery. I ordered the 3kg chewy toffee bon bons and they are to die for. I highly recommend this sweet company to anyone and you have certainly got yourselves a new customer for sure. Thank you

Really quick and efficient delivery. High quality product at reasonable prices. Great seller communication throughout order - delivery process.

Ordered a variety of chocolate and sweets, unfortunately very disappointed by the taste. Chocolate raisins taste plasticky and fake, no really chocolate flavours, sadly I’ve a pack of 3kg that’s going to be thrown away. Fizzy cola bottle’s terrible. Mini eggs are alright but won’t be ordering from them again. They’re fairly cheap for a reason.

Order sweets.Delivery very fast. Excellent.. I'll be ordering again..

Zero communication over a week has passed, I wanted to order in UK from NZ but they completely ignored me, I chose to order 3kg of skull crushers but wanted to know how to ship, IF there is a way to ship to nz, simple right? Over one week later, I have had zero response, and but they keep sending deals and updates, but won't respond to me, utterly useless, thank goodness it's not a shipment or purchase complaint, I can't imagine waiting this long for an answer. Avoid at all costs, they really are bad communicators!

Ordered from them received package was damaged and tried calling multiple times no awnser. Edit : they emailed back and sent a replacement

Only 4 stars because a wrong item sent but Sara gets 5 stars for her understanding, apologies and fast response to sending correct item out to me. Because of Sara's responses I will purchase again from this company.
Thanx Sara

I ordered pontefract cakes which also had aniseed flavour. This was NOT shown in the ingredients. I e-mailed them but they did not reply.

Possibly the best sweet shop around great service and very fast delivery well packaged and the goods I got you can’t get so easily at a price we’ll affordable to excellent quality products

Thank yous and I’ll be ordering again soon

Got what we ordered, delivered in a very short time and the customer service was great! (I stupidly didn’t put my house name on the delivery address and they got in contact straight away)

Ordered sweets and they arrived two days later. Very happy with the fast shipping and would definitely recommend :) will be using these from now on

I am really happy with my order from Sweets and Candy. The main reason for my order was actually chocolate! I wanted a box of Elizabeth Shaw chocolates for a Christmas gift that I could only find elsewhere in a set of 3 or from online shops charging for delivery. At this online shop I was delighted to not only find the chocolate boxes individual but other unusual treats that made my order up to qualify for free delivery. I will remember this shop for next year! I recommend shopping here!

What a find. I was recently talking about sweets I had as a child, I did a bit of a search and sweets and candy came up, like wow what a shop they had almost everything I could wish for, even chocolate tools which was one of my favourites. I've treated myself for Christmas and had some real bargain's the only let down was their wasn't any chocolate Bananas in stock hehe. Anyway as far ordering it's as simple as most site's. Place your order receive a confirmation email. I opted for free delivery as I brought quite a bit. And 3 day's later it arrived on my door step. Magic thanks so much your definitely be having my custom in the future. Order no 100011096 my order no perhaps you could notify me when the Bananas are back in stock,👍

Would like to give no star's as they sent sweet by amazon and the can never find my house

I came across this company online whilst shopping for my son's birthday. It was great to find somewhere selling the American sweets he likes, and it was great to create a box for him that didn't cost the earth. Delivery estimated 3-5 working days and it came within 3. Will definitely use this company again.
