My second order from this company came with some items not fit for purpose. I emailed twice over 10 days and had no response (note I had an order confirmation and delivery confirmation sent to my email address). So I emailed from a friend's email address about delivery costs gosweet replied in less than a day, confirmation of an active monitored email address. I then decided to do a charge back from my debit card provider, my bank. You can do this upto 120 days after receiving your order. Gosweet finally contacted me after receiving confirmation of the charge back from my bank saying, my emails went to their spam folded proven to be a lie see above. They then tried to trick me into canceling the charge back and they would refund me another lie. They then said the charge back takes so many weeks which wasn't even the accurate amount of time. They are even to lazy to check the facts. They then said my charge back would get rejected, another lie. So I provided the evidence such as order number and screenshots of emails between gosweet and myself. My bank gave me my money back in less than a day. The people at go gosweet I spoke to are not very intelligent they incriminated themselves and are scammers. If they were just honest and dealt with customers properly they would have a successful profitable business. Also gosweets.co.uk I believe to be their business as well which has a very low score on here. Again to lazy, they just dropped the s and made their new business gosweet.co.uk allegedly. I would have been ordering lots of products now another business will get my money instead.

Living in the last County in the North of Ireland my packages usually take a long time to reach me! I was delighted that I got my 12 pack of A&W rootbeer in record time!

Walkers liquorice toffees Simple ordering quick delivery no issues at all sweets are fresh and chewy and should be as expected when ordering on line would order from this seller again.

I ordered a box of mango and a box of lychee Peelerz. Only the mango box arrived. I have emailed them, sent an online enquiry and also called their number. No response to any of these. Very disappointed and makes me wonder if this is a legitimate business?

I ordered some sweets for party bags, and had a delivery driver issue - Kyle in customer services fixed it for me right away and was highly communicative and friendly - was so appreciated!

Need to improve order system, main reason I built an order was for a specific product, once paid notified out of stock and asked what to send as replacement….. main issue only one option for replacement and not overly keen on that product.
Surely not asking much to have an online system that only accepts payment for goods in stock? Pretty basic stock and order process?
TBF there was a small credit put against my account for future orders, but of course I’ve gotta spend again to utilise the credit, and over £20 yo get free delivery, and hope what I want is in stock once paid!
Wouldn’t deter anyone from buying here, products and delivery time as described, but small risk I’d attached ref getting what you want.

Only quibble was there must have been a issue with Evri tracking as i had no notifications from them at all, not even after delivery. So the order arrived unexpectedly.
