Damaged box and missing items but quick outcome
I had difficulty with evri who damaged my parcel and had missing liquids out of it, i emailed in to let them know and Angel was great, helped me with it very quick response and dealt with it amazingly thank you

Was an item that was out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control. They immediately called me to let me know. Unfortunately I missed there call but then an email was sent very quickly and the matter was resolved. A staff member by the name of Ash was very helpful. Would highly recommend the company as have ordered multiple times and there hasn't been many issues but when there has been they have been quick to resolve them
