This casino doesn't pay out redemptions. I've been in contact with customer support for almost two months. When I ask about the status of my redemption, the company either doesn't respond, or tells me they are "busy" making a lot of redemptions. The company is either insolvent and cannot pay, or they're just fraudsters.

I made one deposit on 7/2, played for a while, and eventually ended with $100. Succesffully verified and submitted my withdrawl for approval.

Morning of 7/3 I wake up to an email stating I am permanently banned, no opportunty for appeal or even any reason given. Lol, keeping my deposit and redemption, guess I'll just try to charge them back, assholes.

They will not pay you if you win.

It has been over a week for two redemptions totaling less than $300. They state that redemptions are instant and they keep giving me the excuse that the financial institution that handles it has their own time friame.

At this point all you are is a thief!! No one has anything good to say about you. If you were truly a credible business then you would honor what you stated.

Cancelled my redemption and then blocked my account after i tried redeeming again. Do not spend anything on these crooks.

Waiting on a redemption since APRIL 17 with nothing from support besides an auto generated message.

Sweeplasvegas has got to be a scam... I've been waiting over 30 days to receive my redemption, and I've contacted the customer service several times asking for a time frame. They were very unhelpful, and per usual with these scamming "sweeps" websites, vague, rude, didn't even try to get any resolution or pretend to at least, my god. I'm giving them today... Monday, June 29th, to process and send through with proof my redemption or they will be hearing from my personal attorney who is foaming at the mouth to take crap holes like this down. Count your days you crooks!

UPDATE UPDATE I FINALLY GOTTEN ONE OF MY REDEMPTION FROM SWEEP LAS VEGAS IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH BUT HAVE GOTTEN 1 REDEMPTION THE FINANCIAL TEAM DID REACH OUT TO ME AND ERROR WAS MADE ON BANKING INFORMATION AND THEY DID FIX IT WITHIN 24HRS AND I RECEIVE IT

Been waiting for 2 weeks for a redemption. There is no reason for this.

No payour and its been a month but they steady sending promo emails. How can you take deposits and not payout at all.

I’ve used this casino, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They are very quick to take your money, but they turn a deaf ear when it comes to paying out. I have a pending withdrawal from May 6th; I’ve been waiting nearly two months now, and I see no money—only excuses. I’ve sent several emails, but they just reply with excuses, even though their website claims they pay out quickly. I’m going to keep trying to get paid, and I’ll keep leaving negative reviews wherever I see them listed. They even restricted my access today—all while still failing to pay me.

Still waiting on my redemption. Platform said instant redemption but I have yet to receive my redemption. Email support is not responding. Need my redemption to be processed so I can receive my funds. Starting to think this is a scam site. Linked my banking info but can't seem to find it so I can delete it. Need a response ASAP. This is so messed up

If this issue is resolved quickly, I will update my review. However, I Have been waiting on a measly $100 redemption since 06/17/2026 and am continuously given the run around by support through email! I received an email this morning stating that my redemption is in queue and apologizing for the delay but the finance team is swamped with redemptions as of now….whatever kind of lame excuse that is. As of now, BEWARE of playing on this website, it’s proving to not be legitimate!

I received all my chargeback. It didn't equal the 800 that I "won" but at least it cost me nothing. They closed out my account but didn’t respond to the chargeback letter from Citibank, therefore I won my dispute. I strongly suggest requesting charge back for each and every purchase you made to this absolute scam of a site. If you find a class action suit or know somewhere can start one, please share! Thank you.

So, now. Because I did a charge back, SweepLasVegas closed my account. They are so full of it. My reply was, "Don't rip people off and they won't charge back". I may never see my $800, which I don't think I would have anyway, but at least I should get back what I actually paid into it.

I have been waiting well over a month for my redemption requests to be processed.
Although customer support has responded to my inquiries and repeatedly assured me that my payments are being handled by the Finance Team, no timeframe has been provided and no resolution has been reached. Each follow-up results in the same generic response that the payments are still being processed.
I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve clear communication and reasonable processing times. Waiting this long without a meaningful update or estimated completion date is frustrating and disappointing.
I hope Sweep Las Vegas resolves this issue soon. If my redemptions are ultimately processed, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome. At this time, however, my experience has been negatively impacted by the excessive delay and lack of transparency regarding payment processing.
