still waiting on my instant bank transfer redemption,
I proactively emailed them & will say to their credit they responded quickly...
and hand good discounts on the sites so for those reasons I'm give 2 ⭐ 's
cons are instant redemption still pending & them are saying they are overwhelmed with redemptions and to please be patient, which is not acceptable as a business model, they should stop purchasing and accepting new redemptions until they can get caught up if that is the case, when almost all other sites that say instant actually are instant, they advertise 24/48 hours processing time & I redemed on 4/26/26, which was a Sunday it's now Tuesday & when attempting to connect my banks via plaid it successfully connected to multiple of my accounts but still said to manually connect my bank to redeem,
which I did, after seeing all the negative reviews I sent 2 emails to confirm that,
I submitted my redemption correctly to hello@sweeplasvegas & finance@sweeplasvegas
both responded within 24/48 hours to confirm it was submitted correctly, these reviews have me worried because I'm seeing people waiting A MONTH OR MORE for instant bank transfers, that's absolutely unacceptable, now I'm writing my second review and will be leaving a new one every day until I receive payment, & will be updating my reviews after I receive my payment, if I don't receive it in a timely manner,
I will be reaching contacting the BBB, gaming commission and an attorney as it's only right, I do see quite a few people who they managed to process their redemption request who later updated their 1 ⭐ reviews ti 5⭐ after they received payment & I'm hoping to do the same

I have had a redemption pending since 4/18 I email them I’m getting the same response my payment is in queue and waiting on the finance team well it seem like there stalling and actually does not have the redemption to payout or don’t want to!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR THE FRUSTRATION AND DONT PLAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

6 weeks and my 300$ redemption is still pending where I can still cancel it. This site is currently doing a money grab. Offering 100% extra packages . 50$ for 100$ , 30$ for 60$ . They have been doing these for the last 2 weeks. They can literally do 400% extra becuase they will never pay out . Classic money grab. Remember to call your bank for a scam site and get your purchases refunded.

If there were zero stars, this sweeps casino deserves it. I have been waiting on a redemption since March 20, 2026 and have chalked it up as a loss after several run around emails from their support team. Do not spend any money or time with this scam casino!

This is by far one of the worst ever casino company’s specifically when it comes too redemptions my redemption is going on day 8 and they market 24-48 business hour redemption times that’s false advertising and I could sue for that alone. Not including support can’t do a thing I emailed them and got back what everyone else is getting blah blah blah it might take awhile due to the amount of redemptions were processing. I’m sure the money just sitting in there account collecting interest making them more money. But I’m not even sure there going to pay me out my redemption hasn’t even been approved yet. Just save yourself the trouble of using this brand and use a bigger more trust worthy brand like stakeus or Modo or spinpals all legit. I will update the review if they ever do decide to pay out my redemption that was supposed to take 24-48 business hours on apr15. I’ve read similar reviews on here about people having the same problems but do eventually end up getting their redemption whenever they feel like sending it out. I will most likely be making a report to the better business bureau because this is outrageous such a pyramid scheme.

After joining and putting some funds, I got a welcome bonus. I bought a package using my funds plus the bonus, I won a little amounts and I tried cashing out my funds but it is left pending since last week. I sent emails to the support and my email is left without responding to them. I am all about # gcasco # now. The system runs on its own and when I request a withdrawals, its done in minutes.

Thought I’d give them a shot. Won 400$ well it’s been over 3 weeks and when I asked all they said was your redemption is processing. Guess I’ll be waiting months to receive it… darn

I redeemed 160 3 days ago it haven’t got approve or nothing then you got email customer support there no chat and they don’t email you back I’m starting to think this a scam site

I downloaded this site about a month ago and I thought I ran into the best site in the world because of the buying $50 for $100 is the best one for me after playing and winning some money I attempted to redeem my winnings and it’s been about four weeks so far and still nothing. I reached out to the support team and they told me they can’t do nothing. I just have to wait on the financial department, but there’s no way to get a hold of them. I played it on a lot of platforms, but I never encountered anything like this before. this is a living nightmare imagine spending your last dime, thinking they were going to pay you and now your left broke. I submitted a redemption and it says SUCCESSFUL. Reached out to them via email because I haven't received it in my bank account yet and they said they don't see a redemption on their ends. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
So I screenshotted it and emailed them back with the screenshot and haven't gotten a response yet.

Have $340 in pending redemptions since April 3rd and support is basically non-responsive. They can't even give me an payout date estimation. Do NOT play here. So many other sites. I will update here if I ever get paid out.

I just received a vague, automated email stating I am permanently suspended because my activity "doesn't align with the fair play spirit." They refused to provide a specific reason, cited no specific rule I broke, and gave me zero warning. I purchased my welcome bonus and got up to $100 and wanted to withdraw went through the process and after that, that’s when they sent me the email from their financial team saying. That activity that I had didn’t align with their fair play so they just took my hundred dollars. And they had a nerve to call it bonus abuse I didn’t abuse anything.

If I could give this casino a negative 100 I would they have scammed me out of hundreds...I won 500 dollars and weeks went by and they're still pending... So I tried 2 email them and your emails go unanswered... Out of atleast 10 or more emails they've responded twice... So I said nevermind the 500 just give me a refund on the money I spent with u guys which was nowhere close 2 what I won.... So u best believe they were quick 2 do that and said expect 2 receive the refund within 5 days it's been a week I'm truly baffled with this horrible experience and how quick they were 2 issue a refund even tho I still haven't got that either smfh

I purchased a package for 49.99 and it shows pending since April 4th. I have emailed them 6 times asking about the funds taken out of my account and showing pending for the last 3 days but no response at all. My bank told me to wait 7 business days and if no response they’ll deal with it and return my money. How disappointing!!

I AM GONNA review this AGAIN because I AM VERY UPSET ! On April 1rst at 834 am I bought in 35 USD for 50 sweeps .. THE transaction failed .. SO I tried again in which it WENT through .. I have 50 sweeps pending in my account that Support WILL NOT respond to my emails .. I HAVE receipts from where it went through on my debit card and screen shots of the pending SC just setting in my account .. I HAVE EMAILED SUPPORT 10 times .. NO ONE will even respond to me .. I AM VERY MAD ! Either give me my SC or refund my money FFS ! AND FOR YOUR RUDE SUPPORT SYSTEM that doesn't even take a moment to respond is just out of this world .
