Avoid Swashaa. Ordered 2 months ago, product never arrived. Their listed phone number is fake, email only. After a month of stalling, they promised an RTO and refund. 10 days later, they backtracked, claiming the RTO wasn't even initiated. They constantly change their story to avoid paying me back.
After a long struggle, filing a complaint and escalating a dispute with my bank, I have finally received my refund. While the issue is now resolved, it should not have taken this much effort and multiple formal escalations just to get my money back. Proceed with extreme caution

This is a pathetic website. They emailed that product has been delivered but it hasn’t arrived. They are scammers. Don’t order from them.

They don’t deserve a single star. Plz don’t purchase from there company, they are totally involved in an online scam business with their delivery partners. There customers data is leaked and you are just being told to paid extra money to get your product delivered. I have been scammed and lost 1000 rs and still got calls saying that they will return the money through RTGS but in name of that they will ask to pay Tens of thousands of rupees that is sent in form of refund code and deposit code. They are total thieves please don’t buy from them

Absolutely pathetic service! It’s been more than 25 days since I ordered my jewellery and still there is no delivery update. Customer care is completely useless — no proper response, no accountability, and no support at all. The delivery partner is equally irresponsible and unprofessional.

This is honestly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. If you cannot manage orders and deliveries properly, then stop taking customers’ money. False promises, endless delays, and zero concern for customers. Never seen such terrible service in my life.

Highly disappointed and frustrated. I will never order again and would never recommend this to anyone.

I placed a prepaid order with Swashaa and shortly after started receiving scam calls asking me to make the payment again through a UPI QR code, claiming the original payment was stuck.
The bigger issue was that when the order finally arrived, it was incomplete. I had ordered 2 bracelets but received only 1. Customer support mostly kept repeating that the order was “delivered successfully” instead of properly resolving the missing item issue.

After checking reviews here, I realized I’m not the only one facing this. There are multiple customers reporting similar experiences involving scam calls, incomplete orders, and poor customer support.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to avoid buying from them.

Great product quality and exactly as expected. The customer service team was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience.

Cheating company. Number one fraud.

My experience - We ordered 4 piece of earrings as 2 set. Received only one box with 2piece but bill with 4 piece. The cover which we received itself will fit only 1box and box will fit only 2 piece.

After I complain with the photo, they are expecting to send us an unpacking video. This is very unusual. They are expecting customer to take video for each order it seems. I asked them u send us a video of packed item before sending to customer but they denied.

And they sent email to us that will not proceed for the missing item.

I never faced such issue in any other online purchase.

I never received my order. I sent 4 emails to them and they never responded. They did respond when I posted on their ads twice asking me to contact them, but again they never responded. They are a scam.

It is a scam site and full of scammers. Don't fall for their products or videos. None of them exist. All are actors . Worst is they will call come up with offer and make you pay more...

Looks like they are a fraud company. Ordered earings and the delivery was 12th March, then it was updated as 14th March, but still no delivery, no customer support and some kind of fake tracking they share. Overall a worst experience

Sent a gift to my friend in US on her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! They have amazing customer service and the jewellery turned out to be so pretty. I didn’t expect such premium quality and luxury finish at such affordable price, LOVE IT! would definitely recommend to buy

Very poor customer service that I have had experience so far. Product was damaged and when I requested for return or refund, they asked me to send unboxing video. But they were not satisfed with my unboxing video as I already removed the outer packaging. They are bloody scammers and definitely do not recommend their products.

Worst experience. Ordered 5 products on Nov 28 and never delivered till Dec 6th. When called to check they say items have gone out of stock hence they can only refund. They have no business ethics no one bothered to even inform order is canceled. Until I called to check the status of order when they just say sorry items not available. If you check tracking status it shows no progress. Never ever buy from them first experience is the worst experience.

I ordered a kids’ bracelet and necklace from Swaasha. While both items arrived, the bracelet was broken. I didn’t want to keep it, but since my daughter really liked it, I requested an exchange.

The return was picked up and I received a replacement package — but to my disappointment, it contained the same broken bracelet again. I never expected this from Swaasha.

Now, the order has completely disappeared from my account. This is extremely concerning and feels like a scam. Very disappointed with the experience.

Do not buy this product. I have been cheated by them very badly. It took almost 20 days to get the product in Australia since the date i purchased. they produce micro products for Aliens. The bracelet I bought cannot even be used by my 12-year-old son. they did not refund my money.

I had ordered from their site on 9th August 2025 and for past more than 20 days I haven’t received my order.

When I checked online (delivery, their third party vendor) it was showing as “package missing”. I don’t understand that why the same was not checked by the company and it is only the customer who is checking the details.

When I called customer care, they said that it’s not their fault and unable to take any responsibility.

It’s the most ridiculous service I had seen.

It’s a company run by bunch of unprofessional a. If you want to save your time and money do not buy anything from them.

Their customer support and courier partners have pathetic service. I wanted to return the product I don't have any issue with their gift card policy. I thought I'll purchase some other article. I placed return request on their website after this I received messages from courier partners Shiprocket (Delhivery) They daily send me msg to pick the order but one one came. This continues 3-4 days and after this no one contacted me. I didn't get a single reply from Swashaa. Not recommended to purchase from their website. It's better to place order on some other ecommerce platform.

This is third class company and they have not delivered to be product and keep saying it will be delivered

Scam company run by scammers based in Surat... Ordered for an chain with pendant... Unfortunately it does not fit... While opting for a return/refund they have only 1 option that the amount will be refunded back to their gift card which is valid for 1 month and can used to purchase any other other out of their so called variety of 700+ products... Clearly shows the kind of ethics the company follows... All they care about is looting people... Pls think twice before making a purchase... In case the item you ordered is not upto the mark... Forget about your money... They will give you a gift card... scammers.
