This service actually works! I paid for the express option and it arrived within hours. So happy I found this!

My recent swap request did not go smoothly. Initiated on May 4th, received May 23rd.

Wish it was easier to create a new paypal swap $->CNY but so far so good.

Waiting for my swap USD to RMB over 18 days, so far and still issue has not been resolved. Be very careful as there is nobody on the other side to help you or who you might contact in case of issues.

Swapsy makes is easy and safe to transfer US dollors to Chinese Yuan and put it into Alipay. This helps a lot when visiting China, and making purchases and pay for food and merchandise.

Swapsy works great. The only hang-up are their limitations for transferring funds. Our banks put a lot of limits on Zelle transfers, and Zelle has its own limitations too. We love everything else about this service. We would use it more if we could! We sure want to, but our banks won't let us.

I like Swapsy, definitely easier to send money than going to a bank. My only issues with Swapsy is there customer service is does not exist. I have sent several messages to support and never get a response just the generic e-mail. The second is when we do a swap we have to pay within 30 minutes yet the other party gets up to 7 working days. We should be able to do two swaps at a time.

It's the only service that I used for sending money in Yuan. Very reliable and high exchange rate that keeps up with the market. Sometimes it takes a day to receive the money, but other times only a few hours. The minimum service fee is $2 if you send money below a certain amount. Overall, I strongly recommend the company and will continue to use it.

Great service and I've never had a problem with it. I just wish Swapsy would let you start a new trade once you've sent money and receipt has been confirmed but you are waiting for your trading partner to send money. Sometimes it can take a few days, and then Zelle might need more days to deposit the money. It also feels a bit punitive to give a 50 credit bonus if you confirm within an hour and 30 credits if you confirm within 8 hours, after you might have been waiting for 2 days already and with time differences you'll probably be asleep when they send it.

I've used Swapsy roughly around 15 times within the past two months, and recently I've encountered my first-ever issue with the service. Recently someone I was swapping with, falsely reported they did not receive the funds, despite the uploaded screenshots proving my innocence Swapsy still asked me to provide additional screenshots. This wasn't an issue, besides the fact it took over twelve hours for Swapsy to simply reply with "Please wait while we contact recipient." So far, there haven't been any additional updates and it seems I will not be getting my funds anytime soon. This was for a transaction over $500, so I only recommend users using Swapsy for lesser amounts.

Having issues with transferring money from my current bank account here in China. Swapsy is a Godsend! I only wish I could transfer more than $300, as my credit union does not support Zelle. Overall, this is easier than going to the bank here in China! Please keep up the good work!

Works great every time. Never had any issues. Just a few clicks and my money is overseas. I've done around 100 transfers so far, and plan to continue using it.

The process was super easy from the start. It's never taken me longer than a day to find a match for the funds I want to send. I have never had an issue with receiving my funds. This service has been vital to me over the last year. Highly recommend.
