We are also a Quantum Tuning Partner and are able to remap and tune your vehicles while you wait! We are part of the RAC Approved Garages network and also Trading Standards Motorcodes Approved. We are also AA Approved and recommended as of March 2017 We are a Tec4 Lubricants Service Centre so we are able to advise on the best treatments and service issues for your vehicle. Excellent service
For the first time ever I put the wrong fuel in my car and I drove it home. I rung this company and they came out this morning first thing, drained and cleaned it for me, and started the dead battery. The guy was extremely polite and efficient and made me feel so much better for making the mistake. Would definitely recommend this company

With prices significantly lower than anywhere else, fast service, polite staff I don't see any alternative garage that comes close to this one.

I would never take my car there again
I would never take my car there again. I was supposed to get the car back the same day but they forgot to tell me it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow until I called them at 4.40pm and after complaining was offered a courtesy car which was fine. The receptionist said someone's on their way to pick me up so I waited outside work for 30 minutes and no-one showed. I had to call into reception who said they will be another 30 minutes which I wasn't happy about. Finally got picked up an hour later in a 2004 zafira with 125000 miles on the clock that on the way home I thought was going to break down as it was dog rough. Not happy in the slightest. No communication and poor customer service.

Sorry you were not happy with the service. We informed you that the vehicle was not going to be ready until the next day due to parts not being available (totally out of our control)
We then ran a FREE courtesy car to you which admittedly wasn’t a new car but completely free, clean and reliable.
You experienced a delay receiving the free courtesy car as we are massively busy and don’t normally offer collection and delivery unless pre arranged. Therefore we sent a driver with the vehicle as soon as humanly possible.
Your vehicle was then fixed for you first thing the next day.
In any other garage this would be considered fantastic service! We appreciate your feedback and maybe in future won’t offer the last minute use of our pool vehicles for customers to help them when they need it.

Communication and time to complete work was poor. It was very busy there but I was left having to come back over 2 hours later than scheduled time.

Gareth, sorry about the communication issue with our business. We have noticed a 200% increase in business this year which caught us out! We have remedied this by implementing new staff on our telephones and also brought in more processes to help on busy times. We have also increased our workshop staff to speed the work going through the workshop.
We appreciate your feedback and it helps us to improve our already award winning customer service.
