I checked my car to the garage for service and MOT team was very helpful and they did a great service for my car well done.

Extremely helpful when really needed. I was holidaying in Swanage and the lady behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful. We are two old ladies worrying about a split tire on the way home. They managed to fit me in. It was a very reasonable price and lovely nice helpful people.

Fantastic service from this garage. Took my car there for a full service and MOT. The team there we're very polite from start to finish and the price was excellent. It was nice to find a garage that doesn't try to rip you off and to be honest I will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone!..

Absolute nightmare of a garage went there cause Rac approved car there nearly 6wks for clutch and handbrake so many lies told by staff as excuses and price changes in end Rac starting investigation on way its run to possible removal of Rac approved staff even dismissed and some left the lies are told to staff from there owner (who doesn't even live in uk but lanzarote instead running another company catfish cruises spelt with a K not C ) mainly to tell customers pity for the staff but owner is good salesman but a chance
Do your research on this garage i did not and am sorry trusted Rac I've met people in flesh who are decent people bout there horror stories of this place in end Rac couldn't apologised enough and eventually moved to another Rac approved civic rescue and very pleased with there service owner even had staff physically going try to stop me taking my own car from garage but i turned up personally to stop any interference with the recovery staff from Rac the garage is on its butt and up for sale insufficient funds half time to pay for parts up front if i could give a minus star i would garage struggles with petty cash etc. and u stand your ground against the owner he threatens u with who he knows just a con artist and bully boy and want be gangster and before lee pallister replies to this with a load of lies etc. in defence . i have all your emails recorded phone calls and recordings of conversations taken place at your garage by your staff with u and with myself even when u have called when I've been present at reception etc. and put on loud speaker for me to record at garage and your phone calls direct to me and statements from ex staff of your practices and exact details of my situation in your garage with my cars repairs and is all pending for legal action etc. against yourself and swansea clutch centre loss of earnings ,compensation and stress u caused list goes on so don't even try defending this review cause they will be released for public so go crawl under what stone u came from

I was very pleased with my initial contact with Swansea tyres. The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone and helped out when I changed the date of my cars full service. The car was ready within time scale and the guy at reception even pointed out areas of the car which I needed to be aware of. I liked the written report and verbal feedback on what was done and would need attention in the future. I was recommended by a friend and would also recommend this business. I was happy with the price I paid.

Really impressed with this place, hassle free and really fair and transparent in pricing especially when things change (I was getting some work done after an MOT fail, and although parts needed were different from original quote this cost was not passed on to me).

The service I have received at all points has been excellent, informative and friendly. Needless to say I will be using this as my go-to garage from now on. A proper professional outfit.

Online booking made the process simple when under time constraints. Service was efficient and good solid advice given on repairs required.

I went to Swansea Tyre, Clutch and MoT Centre as they claim to have top quality laser alignment equipment. Went I went there, my front n/s tyre was wearing on the shoulder and the steering wheel was pointing right.
2 days, 3 visits and over 4 hours later, my steering wheel is pointing left and the car won’t hold a straight line with my hands off the wheel.
They gave me some story about needing further work which would cost me £360.00 which I was not satisfied with. I had a 2nd opinion at another garage and the verdict was “your car is fine, there is nothing wrong with it but your steering needs to be aligned”.
I will never go to Swansea Tyre, Clutch and MoT Centre again.

I booked my car in for a service & MOT due to the good reviews.
When i first phoned I enquired about the service plan which is on their website, however I was told they no longer offer this.
I still went ahead with the MOT and service, however on the day I didn't receive a phone call to tell me my car was ready (I had to phone just before they closed to find out it was ready and quickly pick it up) When in the office I asked about my MOT certificate and was told it was in the car - I was not told about all of the advisories on there and didn't have them explained to me or given any quotes.
I also didn't receive any paperwork on what was done during the service.
I phoned again a couple of weeks later asking for a quote on having a tyre replaced which was on the advisory, I didn't have my tyre size with me at the time, so asked if they had it on their records after servicing & MOTing my car - they just said no and offered no further help.
I've found them extremely unhelpful and definitely won't be returning!

Really good service from Swansea Tyres Ltd. Very polite and friendly staff - the young lady on the front desk was excellent not only with myself but other customers as well.

The work is first class. Waiting time was abysmal..dropped the car off at 9.30,which is the time my appointment was booked for, was asked if I was going to wait, I said I had a few things to do would call back in a couple of hours, came back at around 12 to see the car being driven into the garage, after a 20 minute wait I was asked which car was mine, was told they are just doing it..left there at 3pm.only wanted rear brakes and discs, a similar thing happened the previous time I went there for front discs and brakes, where the wrong parts where ordered. Left frustrated. But there work is first class..
