Had an MOT, they were accommodating when I needed to change my time. Good service, professional garage and friendly staff.
I was charged £72 for an hours labour to change a horn which seemed pricey.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Prices very competitive and everything handled in an efficient manner.
l would definitely recommend them and will be using them again directly next year.

Knowledgeable, courteous receptionist who clearly explained what a full service consisted of. A video was sent to my phone of the issues I had with tyres and tracking. Couldn’t be happier tbh - kept informed at all times and clearly saw the issues that needed rectifying.

Took a while for my van to b fixed but at the end I was pleased with work which was done thanks

Very professional and informative about the work carried out and very good customer service.

All staff members were very helpful and welcoming from my first call and when arriving at the garage.
Only three reasons why I couldn't give 5 starts which are -
> I booked in for a full fixed price service with MOT, when booking in on-line I was quoted £110 but was charged £150 when paying - no reason could be given for this
> I needed work to be done on my vehicle so it could pass the MOT but at no time was I given a price even though I asked and only found out at the end that my bill came to nearly £500, luckily I could just afford it but was a big shock after being told the parts wouldn't cost much
> I was promissed to have a video sent to me showing the defects on my car but I am still waiting for this to arrive !!

Exceptional service, polite efficient and very friendly staff. Sorted serious problem with my dpf on my Astra . Car was booked in within 24 hours and sorted the next day. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and their prices are not extortionate! Will be using them again in the future. Thank you for your excellent service

Booked too many cars in at same time. So had to wait 1.5 hrs to collect on a basic service
Not clearly explaining what the service entails (expected interim/ given and charged full.- so more expensive than planned). Not a problem if that level service was needed, but need to know
No wheel alignment done - not a problem on car of this mileage / age - but if promised - needs doing
car not cleaned. Ditto. If promised & [paid for it should be done.)

I managed to misfuel my Toyota Avensis Diesel. I topped it up with 20L of petrol. The only sign of a problem was that the car wouldn't start right away but it drove OK and I unfortunately did so for about 20miles. Anyway, they responded on my first ring and was on their way soon after. On arrival (which was delayed by an RTA), their service was great. The car was ready within 30min at a reasonable cost considering the going costs by other outfits. They did recommend an additive (fuel system lubricant/clearner) which I accepted considering that I drove the car misfuelled, and the car has been fine since. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Love the videos as you get to see what is wrong with the vehicle. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Will definately be using this Centre from now on. Will be recommending.
