I had a couple of watches I wanted to sell, and took them in and dealt with Kerry at Victoria Street. She was friendly, professional and knew what she was talking about. The transaction was seamless and this was down to Kerry. I recently took another one to her and the customer service was exemplary. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great Experience
After much review and investigation I decided to visit Suttons and Robertsons in South Kensington. It was a great location and I was looking forward to seeing the store, meeting with the staff and seeing if it would be what I needed. I was so impressed with the location, kind and professional staff who immediately reassured you with the best advice and guidance they could provide with your products, very impressive. Friendly, professional service
The assistant manager Ruth greeted me as I walked in, and was very courteous and professional at all times. Most of all I felt safe entrusting her with my family’s jewellery. I thought the price she offered was very good and left feeling supported, and that the experience and result was a win win. A rare thing in today’s world. Highly recommend!

Exceptional professionalism and a beautiful ring!
My experience with S&R began with efficient initial emails back and forth with Harvey online to confirm the ring was in the store and if resizing would be possible. Upon arrival in the Victoria store, we were greeted by Kerry who was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the ring I wanted to purchase and the diamond market. She answered all questions we had with ease and had a very personable and friendly manner! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish - highly recommend.
