Pro-active and helpful - helped me find the perfect product with the right level of cover

Business insurance can be such a minefield, especially for a small company. Nicola, at Sustain, was brilliant throughout in supporting our genuine best interests. She looked at other quotes competitors had sent, ensured we had all of the cover required and at the besst possible price. She did a thorough audit of our business so that she could be sure we were properly covered, and was never too busy to jump on a call to run through the more complicated parts.
