Brilliant motivational free material for living a fitter , life
I’ve seen this posted a few times & initially thought too good to be true with advertising as free . As soon as I press learn more and added my details I had a text . I was then sent links to various free recipes and other free material giving motivation & advice on tips lose weight. All very useful. Unfortunately unable to commit and pay each month but was still texted most days to see how I was getting in. Would recommend . Alex is very motivational and on the videos I’ve watched very passionate about helping people get fitter and healthier .

Decided to follow on instagram as content looked interesting. Received a personal message soon after. Thought it may be auto response to push sale but ended up with several messages, Q and As, advice and links to free course and loads of further info. Loads of interlinked services and support if sign up but also generous with the free stuff too!

Invested in helping people
After booking an intro call Alex talked through various issues with me, some tricky to navigate but I felt well held and like he genuinely cared. He gave me a free course and access to the Facebook page and daily group sessions. The course has a lot of useful info and advice which I am using. The process of talking with someone who is invested in actually helping people has been inspiring and also makes me feel somehow accountable. I’m now more determined than ever to use what he’s shared to help me lose weight and reach my goals in a sustainable way

Get a bigger WIN with Sustainable Change
I have struggled with my weight all my life. Then I went through some traumatic times which led to fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and chronic kidney failure. I struggled to walk and often used crutches. I was depressed and anxious all the time. Then I joined Sustainable Change. With the support of my coach Emma who devised a healthy eating plan and exercise regime, physiotherapist who helped me with exercises and psychologist who helped me work through some issues I have been able to lose a stone in 12 weeks and 5 inches off my chest and hips and 4 inches off my waist and thighs! This is not a diet this is a healthy sustainable change for the better. I’m now on the treadmill every day. Walking around 10,000 steps a day (where before I was lucky if I was walking 1,000 steps)! I’ve more energy, my anxiety and depression is a lot better and I am able to look at myself in the mirror and feel proud of myself. The only problem now is I need a new wardrobe! If you are on the fence about joining just go for it. I knew I had to start to put myself first and now that I have real change has happened.

After seeing Alex’s instagram post I decided to reach out to in regards to helpful tips for weight loss.
I’m always cautious about following these site as you see so many and they never really get back to you.
I was delighted within minutes Alex had responded, he gave me an abundance of information not mind boggling but easy step by step reading material and some links to YouTube tutorials.
I would recommend Alex’s to anyone who is struggling to lose those stubborn extra pounds or just to get some ideas to get started on their weight loss journey.

Does the Trick but Commitment is Needed
I have lost 1 stone 10 pounds so far. One of the biggest wins for me, is getting back some headspace. I was so fed up with myself, for not being able to commit to losing weight yet again, it was on my mind constantly. Once deciding to sign up with The Sports Dietician (Sustainable Change Plan) with Alex Neilan, I now finally have stopped beating myself up and have headspace again. I am getting on with the plan and seeing results.
It is not a magic pill, you will need to put the effort in yourself, but there is plenty of help out there to help you along on your journey.
My first coach had family problems, so I was recently moved over to my new coach Jamie. He has been very good so far and is responsive to messages.
I can understand what some other people have been saying on the other reviews, as it is a big commitment to make. Your health is so important though. Without health what do you have? Commit to your health or choose illness!
I am now enjoying the plan. I am not stressing about doing everything perfectly, and following all the rules, like journaling etc. You can use the parts that work for you. There is a lot out there, but that is a good thing. You don't have to do all of it, just pick what works for yourself.
My outlook has changed and the way I am towards myself. This is not what I was expecting, and it has been a nice surprise. I really look forward to my daily walk, and will even go out in the rain, if that is the only option. I wasn't like this before. I feel committed to making healthy life choices, going forward.
The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5, is because of the cost. It is an expensive course. I have also found a couple of the calls a bit pushy if I am being honest, I have felt uncomfortable on them, which is a shame. It is a good healthy life plan though, so stick with your decision and what you can afford. It will be worth it, when you are feeling good about yourself again!

About so much more than weight loss.
I joined SC in September when I was feeling low because my clothes were getting tighter again and I was adamant I was not going to go up yet another size, fed up of trying one plan after another and ending up fatter than before. Since joining SC 5 months ago I've lost 5.5kg (even with Christmas in the mix) and become physically and mentally stronger. I've used their mindset coaches to help redefine my relationship with an individual that I felt anxious around. I'm working with their physio to manage arthritis in my hip and to get back into running again but without the pain. I'm working with my assigned coach to learn to address the triggers that cause me to overeat, to tailor my plans to match my preferences and to build my knowledge and confidence to shift away from set plans to managing my meals and exercise myself. I watch the masterminds about how the mind and body works. I've discovered things about myself I didn't know before and have learnt to be kinder to myself, to put myself first so that I can care for others more effectively, and somehow some of the pressures I thought I was under have fallen away in doing so. I am grateful for coming across SC on social media and for all that it is helping me with beyond the weight loss, but that too.

I had come to a point where I felt that my needed to take stock of my life. I had seen short videos on Facebook.
Having tried various things in the past and getting nowhere I did a bit of research into SCP. Looked genuine so I made the call . I have not looked back since. All the team are so friendly and helpful. I have my own coach. Scarlet is a treasure. She speaks to me on my level, understands what my ways are and how to maximise my progress.

If you’ve tried and failed in losing weight and gaining health, this is for you…
I knew instinctively that I had to improve my health and fitness now, before it got to the point where my health would surely decline in the future. Although I had promised myself so many times in the past that I would commit to myself and eat the right way and exercise, it’s this time, by joining Sustainable Change, that I continue to keep my promise. I know it’s not easy to be consistent, but with the help of my coach and the calls throughout the week to keep me motivated and remind me of why I’m doing this, I know I’ll get through the tough days because I’m not alone in this anymore. The call content is superb (I’m always taking notes), the app is intuitive and easy to use, the communication with my coach several times a day, the accountability, the support network of other inspiring women in the community, just to name some of the benefits, are just phenomenal. A lot of programs out there give some support, but nothing like Sustainable Change does. I’m constantly surprised about how they care about me as a person, and how they urge me to lean on them. Everything is tailored to each person. My training is truly fun, and I enjoy all my exercise. They know if exercise is fun, I’ll keep doing it. I’ve also learned to eat the correct portions. Before Sustainable Change, I was eating too many calories in each meal. I was constantly feeling rough and didn’t know why. Now I know - I was taxing my body with too much food to process, so my body had little opportunity to spend energy on other important tasks to keep me functioning well. I have a meal plan that my coach put together for me based on my likes and dislikes, but I’m also getting creative in modifying other recipes so that I eat the correct amount of calories and get enough protein. I’m proud of doing this for me. Sustainable Change are changing my entire perspective on staying healthy and life in general. You’ve got to experience their support to truly get a sense of why this company goes above and beyond for everyone.
I’m finally excited for my future self, and my future self will thank me some day for what I did today. I stopped putting off good health and strength, and made the most important commitment to myself - and it’s already paying off. Thank you Alex and Team - you are truly amazing.

Sustainable Change was something new I had…
Sustainable Change was something I had never heard of but fell on accidently but before I knew it after a conversation was signed up!
Having a lot of health issues and experiencing bereavements had sort of lost myself. Was allocated a coach and lots of sessions to access on line were brilliant. This is I feel a positive aspect of Sustainable Change and also the acceptance if it becomes hard going as any change is and resources given to get back on track.
I feel that despite having a holiday and the awful cold bug that was going around I haven't lost weight but definately feel more mobile and confident

A big thank you to Alex for helping me get out of a viscous circle that I was going through just last week. I was stuck in a rut, low self esteem and almost non existant motivation.

Wow outstanding support from Alex at sustainable change
after having a chat and putting forward my troubles of being overweight and health issues, Alex was so supportive and very knowledgeable it felt I had known him for years, but sadly I’m not in a position to commit to the cost at the moment, but being a very genuine person, Alex gave me a free course

Nothing to lose but weight
I have had and I’m still having a great experience, I’m learning so much not only about food , exercise and how metabolism can be increased with resistance exercises but also ways to control and manage cravings and why we get them , techniques to manage and cope with stress and self doubt. I’ve done every diet on the planet! They all work at the start and as soon as you stop they weight comes straight back on and that loathing feeling of despair and frustration starts over again. Alex Neilan and his team of coaches, dietitians and physicians and psychologists have helped me to realise that it’s got to be a long term , life learning and consistent , that way and you will get results and keep them , there is no quick fix . There is a Facebook group called the inner circle, it’s full of lovely, amazing and kind like minded people who give lots of support, so don’t just dip your toe in , take the plunge .
A giving hand is never empty . 🤗

THE WRONG FIT
I was so grateful for my personal coach Jessica , who was a very compassionate, knowledgeable, and gentle source of encouragement on this pathway. I learnt so much from her and was very sorry when our 3 months together finished. As for the programme itself, I found it overwhelming, too much of a hard sell and intrusive in my daily life. I lost 4.5lbs during my time, was sabotaged for a number of weeks by moving house and then battling with an attack of Covid. It cost me a lot of money to enter the full programme, which I regret spending. In retros pect it was the wrong time and the wrong 'fit' for me, but I do know that many people find it beneficial and enjoyable.
