Dear user, thank you for reaching out here.
I think your survey probably got blocked because it received reports for missing the completion code. You may have had issue about how to place it in your survey software.
However, I cannot find your account. Where did you email us on the platform? We don't have any open tickets that old. Please use the widget in the bottom-right corner on the site, or hello @ surveyswap . io. (hello@surveyswap.io)
We'd love to quickly get you helped and receive all your respondents.
Please let us know.
Update: 20-02-2025, we still haven't heard from you. We would love to sort this problem out for you. Please contact us via email so we can help you.

Thank you for the 4-star! We do our best to make the UI clear, so it's good to hear you found the App simple to use.
Regarding the community, we are actually bigger and more active than ever. People are on average collecting 70 Karma per day, which is more than an hour of survey filling.
In your case, there might be something else that's giving you that impression. If you write to our customer support we will make sure you get those respondents!

This is really good site for students who need reponses from all over the world for their surveys. At first you need to fill out at least 25 surveys until you get your first answer. But then it is easier to get more repsones, because you have higher rank.

Att erbjuda belöningar för omdömen eller att bara be en viss grupp personer att skriva ett omdöme kan påverka företagets TrustScore. Detta strider mot våra riktlinjer.
