Helpfull
SurveySwap is a useful platform for students and researchers who need to collect responses for their academic surveys. The website is easy to use, and the survey exchange system is a great idea. I also had an issue with my survey, and the support team was helpful and responsive in resolving it. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend SurveySwap to other university students working on their dissertations.

Really great!
SurveySwap has been nothing short of outstanding for me. Unlike SurveyCircle, which I have also used, they use a much smarter, fair, and direct, exchange system: every minute you complete someone else's survey, someone else will spend a minute responding to your survey. It has so far worked really well for me, and even though my survey is 10 minutes, I already have 150 responses with them in around 2 months.
It doesn't stop there. I have had multiple issues with my survey, including my survey getting blocked and me receiving numerous fraudulent responses. Every single time I contact support asking for help, not only do they happily help you fix whatever, they have often responded to me within MINUTES.

Get responses, quickly
I used SurveySwap for my Masters because I needed lots of responses quickly. I really liked the interface—it’s modern, easy to use and very tidy. I also had a few chats with customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful they were.
A few responses weren’t very good, but if you set up some manipulation checks in your survey, that shouldn’t be an issue.

Hi, we’re sorry we did not meet your expectations.
SurveySwap is an exchange platform, so response speed can depend on multiple factors. That said, filling out many surveys and receiving only a few responses is not the experience we want users to have.
We could not find a support request from you, so we did not have the chance to check your survey or help at the time. We almost always find a solution when users contact us.
Please could you contact us at hello@surveyswap.io with your account email, and we’ll look into it for you.
