Surrey Timepieces LTD Omdömen

A lovely watch in excellent condition including papers and box, thank you.

A very pleasurable company to do business with.

From start to finish these guys were absolutely first class, the price was excellent, the quality was brilliant and the customer service I received all the way through my transaction was amazing.

If you’re looking to buy yourself a nice quality time piece these guys are the people to do business with.

Recently brought a watch from Surrey timepieces I found the whole process great!! Watch was even better than I had hoped I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future

I was initially cautious of purchasing a watch online without actually seeing and handling the item but my concerns were unfounded. The watch was as described if not better and arrived perfectly and professionally presented. I would definitely use Surrey Timepieces again for future purchases.

Absolute top lads!!! Bought my first watch from these guys this week, with it being my first watch I had quite a lot of questions, which was all answered quickly an in great detail, nothing was too much trouble for them, and I wasn’t pressured into making the purchase, the watch was described perfectly, too say I'm over the moon with it would be an understatement, can’t recommend them enough, thanks again!!

I’m a novice when it comes to watches but the expertise and reassurance provided by Jacob made me ascertain that a specific watch on their books was the perfect gift for my husbands 40th. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and professionalism throughout this process.
The watch is just as stunning as it was on photos. Thank you!

Wow! I saw the watch online and emailed. Vinny got back to me within 10 minutes and answered all the questions I had. The buying process was smooth and when the watch arrived the very next day as promised I was over the moon. It’s exactly as described (if not better!). TOTALLY recommend these guys. Awesome service!!!!

Great experience purchasing an omega with Vinny and Jacob - would strongly recommend. The entire process was smooth, from communication ahead of collection, to collecting the watch from their showroom was 10/10.

I'll definitely be buying from them again.

These guys were very easy to deal with and fair in their pricing. Picked up a dream watch for a great price and they also took in a watch on part ex from me. Their online content is spot on and really appealing. The watch arrived the next day and was exactly as promised. Will 1000% be a returning customer! Buy with complete confidence

I have been shopping for a watch for some time. I received a link to "Surrey Timepieces" web site. They had what I wanted so I dropped them guys a message. I received a rapid reply which answered my initial question, not only that they provided a telephone number and said to call if I had any further questions (nice touch) I called them with a raft of questions, all of which were answered to my satisfaction, they "knew their stuff" and nothing was too much trouble. I placed the order and paid around 16:45 the watch arrived at 10:45 the following day and boy was I pleased . The description undersold the actual item and I was highly delighted. In my experience, a great company with brilliant people who knew their inventory. I can't praise then highly enough. Surrey Timepieces first class. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic service and speedy delivery and the watch is absolutely fantastic I couldn't be happier and if I'm in the market to add to my collection I will definitely be using Surrey timepiece again 😁

Top guys
Vinny & Jacob.. these guys are “Top of their game “
Had a Rolex of mine on consignment, sold for
a top price within a week and paid me within an hour of the deal being done.
Highly recommended with 💯 for service, communication and customer experience.

Fantastic experience, highly recommend. Delighted with the panda, a dream watch. The guys are super helpful and made the purchase a great experience. They also sourced a Rolex wall clock which was a lovely touch. I’ll be back! Many thanks!

Just completed my second watch purchase from Surrey Timepieces. Seriously can't fault these guys - communication is first class and any unforeseen issues are dealt with cleanly.

Both Vinny and Jacob are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I look forward to extending my collection further in the future with more purchases from this company.

Bought first watch from these guys this week. Competitively priced, communication excellent, delivery as promised. Really impressed. Would buy again. Social media content also good. Seem a great bunch.

Ordered a lovely Omega
From Jacob at Surrey timepieces.
Beautiful watch, packaged great and delivered on time.
5/5
Well done. I would not hesitate to purchase another watch in the future from Surrey timepieces

The guys at STP recently sourced me a watch. I gave them the brief in December and they were able to swiftly authenticate and deliver the watch to me. I really like the additional assurance of the watch register checks they carry out as this gives peace of mind. They even kindly sized it for me, which was nice, and it is lovely to wear.

I can’t recommend Surrey Timepieces highly enough. My Tudor Bronze Black Bay arrived in even better condition than shown on their website, and at a very fair price. Delivery was quick, and most importantly, their communication throughout was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any future purchases.
