Surrey Timepieces LTD Omdömen

Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys. They’re as passionate about providing high quality customer service as they are about the high quality timepieces they sell. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with.

Incredibly easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble (sorting requests such as videos and extra photographs)

Watch was pre-owned however very accurately described, incredible condition. Communication good around delivery also excellent.

Will definitely go through this company again when sourcing my next big watch buy.

Purchase made easy by Jacob , very knowledgeable and helpful
5*

Having joined the WhatsApp group I have followed the fantastic range of watches presented until thursday 9Th April , when a watch I was interested in came up , I contacted Vinny immediately he promptly responded to my enquiry , he sent me the invoice which I paid and today the watch arrived , the whole process was seamless and very professional , I will definitely recommend them and buy from them again

This is my 4th time buying from SurreyTimepieces and I keep coming back for good reason, they are some of the very best at what they do, always quick to respond, offer very competitive prices and make the buying process clear and efficient. Always a pleasure to do business with them, I can’t recommend them enough.

Great service and communication. Bought 2 watches from these guys now and both times the service and communication has been excellent. Hopefully be buying another one in the future!

Superb customer service from the get go! Jacob answered any questions I had, especially as a cautious buyer. Couldn't ask for a more relaxed plus helpful seller.

Watch came exactly as described! Couldn't recommend the team enough for how good they have been. Will definitely be back for future purchases!

I was fortunate being in a position to visit the Surrey Timepieces and meet Vinny and Jacob in person. It is lovely to deal with people who know what their products are and can helpband advise. I like Tag watches and purchased a beautiful F1 Chrono from them. Jacob also fitted two extra links for me so that it fitted correctly.
I certainly recommend the Company and I am sure I will be looking to buy from them again in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the service, nice genuine people. Selling my watch was a quick and easy process, would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Absolutely top class service throughout, swift delivery (1 day),great communication and the watch was absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t ever hesitate to buy from here again. Thanks very much fellas.

First time customer of STP and I bought a 2025 Aqua Terra. Called Vinny up to talk about the watch. I explained that I needed a bit of time to sell my current watch and so I left a deposit which took it off the market. Once it came round to paying the balance the process was smooth and straight forward. The watch arrived the next day and it’s exactly as described and in perfect condition! Big thanks to Vinny and the team! Would 100% buy from them again!

Just bought my first watch and the service was great. Called me back straight to discuss, sent invoice paid and watch was with me the next day.
The team kept in touch through out and will definitely be using them again and passing there details on to others who need amazing watches.

My experience with Surrey Timepieces was great from start to finish. I dealt with Jacob & I had quite a few questions and one complication with the purchase but he was brilliant in helping me through it all. I’d thoroughly recommend them and their service was brilliant.

I bought my first watch from these, Jacob was a top lad and answered any questions quickly, showing me the watch on video etc. once purchased it came next day wrapped up more than enough to protect the watch. Absolutely brilliant service and will not hesitate to buy from the again.

Ordered my new Omega on Wednesday morning, received more or less 24hours later, great service , would recommend Surrey Timepieces to anyone interested in getting a great watch at a great price

Excellent on every level, I don’t think there is anyone else on the market as good as these guys. Amazing customer service, communication, product, price everything is top notch! Highly recommend. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Amazing service!

Top class service from both Jacob & Vinny. Purchased a watch for my wedding off these gents and they couldn’t have made the experience any better for me. Both have great knowledge and made the whole experience very easy and smooth. Highly recommend

100% recommend these guys. I’ve been following them on the WhatsApp group for a while and actually wanted to sell this time, it was super easy to deal with them and they were really flexible and best of all just down the road. Very hospitable, had a good chat but no messing about just did the required checks and money transferred there and then. Thanks guys and looking forward to seeing you soon for the next purchase now there’s a little space available 😉

Another great experience with Vinny and Surrey Timepieces. Agreed a great deal for part exchange on a couple of watches for an Omega Speedmaster. Also really appreciated Vinny’s input on which model to purchase and his expert knowledge. Incredible price and fantastic service as always. Pleasure doing business with you once again, thanks guys!

Excellent service. Jacob’s communication throughout was extremely brisk which was very reassuring. Watch was exactly as advertised/expected.
